The room I stayed in had bed bugs , wish i had found them earlier not in morning . Gathered my things and showered right away made sure none of my things had gotten bugs as i packed in plastic bags and called management to point out the problem as they saw and confired and apologized . You been warned stay at own risk bed bugs yuk .

Great place to stay. Close to shopping centers and visit sites.

Staff was nice. Location was great. Not the cleanest and one outlet had extension plugs with too many things plugged into it. Because of COVID, no continental breakfast.

The staff were nice but check in took an hour because they double booked our room. We had a room with a broken blow dryer. They said sorry about that. No attempt to fix so inn San Fran for 3 days with no way to dry hair. 3 adult women and two young girls. Sheets and linen were old and dingy and there were two cockroaches in our room. We slept with lights on. There were some positives, the young people who checked us in were nice. There location is great. Parking was great.

False advertising. I booked trough Orbitz because the breakfast option but when we get there they said because Covid-19 they are not doing it. Either way Orbitz should confirm this with the hotel so people with family can make better choice during the booing process. Not cool.

1 st the lady came in at 10:50 with out even letting us know in the room just walk in on my kids changing and still stand their arguing with a11 year old girl how check out was at 11 wen I was just told by the front desck the day off resovation my room was not Ready on time becuse check out was frome 11 to 12 then after my stay was almost 400$ was still told I was stealing 2 hand 2$ tawols whant to charge 50$ for them the sheet wheor durty I had to put blanks over them had red stains on them and some bed dirent even have the sheets on just the blankets over the top one off the Lamp was broken and told them was told they all ready knew about it but just dirent whant to do a report about it they wood do it wen we left never even offered to fix it it’s not aaas picture shows will never stay theor agen

Do not stay here. My vehicle was robbed - theft is rampant here and there is no law enforcement. The video cameras you see in the lot do not work. You will see druggies, homeless and prostitution at this hotel. Do not bring your kids here. The front desk attendant, Sam, and the manager Nina, are completely rude. They refused to refund any of my stay and treated my family rudely with no empathy especially considering my vehicle was robbed in their private parking lot under 4 video cameras and 10 feet from the 24 hour staffed reception desk. They do not post their license to run a hotel business and refuse to provide information about the ownership. I am working with Expedia to have them removed from the ability to post available rooms through their website. I also have filed a complaint with San Franscisco police department to investigate this hotel. Just don’t bother to stay here. It may have the allure of a nice location but I talked to people who live in the neighborhood and theft, druggies and homelessness is out of control.

Dirty facilities, room and smelled like smoke. Carpet was disgusting. Walls very thin could hear the neighboring rooms conversations

I reserved a room and then they threw me out so I need my 60 my month my money back ASAP please

Location was great overall for what we wanted to do.

Not much upkeep on the property. Given the location if Sannitbhai ffancisco, one would have expected better quality of the room and other amenities.

I booked the family room in Nob Hill Motor Inn, but this Inn had the problem with this room, so they moved me to other hotel called: Inn on Broadway (one block away from Nob Hill Motor Inn). The "Inn on Broadway" was very old, the room was smelled.

The check in attendee, Cameron was friendly and helpful. The room had a stench smell. I had to leave the window and door open to air out the room. The bathroom was spacious. The room was dusty. The bedspread had two burned holes, the size of a quarter on it! The parking was limited.

Coffee and donut should not be characterized as "free breakfast"

Do not stay here. My vehicle was robbed - theft is rampant here and there is no law enforcement. The video cameras you see in the lot do not work. You will see druggies, homeless and prostitution at this hotel. Do not bring your kids here. The front desk attendant, Sam, and the manager Nina, are completely rude.
