It was just fine. Clean enough, neighborhood not as terrible as other reviewers suggested. For the price, it was just fine.

Once we arrived the hotel offered us the same room I paid $134 for, for $63. This was a huge rip off.

Hi We left the hotel within 20 minutes of being there, junkies everywhere, our room was run down, hotel staff are helpful, area around the hotel is a very angry

The very first night I was there, I had the displeasure of finding towels with bloodstains in my bathroom. The floors were very dirty, and the adjacent room next to where I was staying had a constant smell of urine that was not cleaned for the 2 nights I slept there. I had intended to stay for an extra night but I couldn't bear staying another night in that terrible place. I suggest everyone to stay away from this hotel.

when we arrived there we found that the were 2 flights of stairs and no elevator, we are handicapped we rang the bell and no one came. so we just left

No bathroom and no Ac the stuff was rude and the room was very dirty. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The whole hotel stink

Bathroom toilet was broken and they did not fix it (although they did try to as soon as I reported it). It is a cheap hotel which is good in SF, but I've stayed in other cheap hotels which were much better.

Parking in the back of hotel will cost You an additional $20. Very scary place with a lot of homeless people that are looking to still something from Your vehicle. I have made my check in, then went for business for couple hours. When I returned, two cars on the parking were broke in. Do not live anything in the car, that can provoke these homeless bandits. Looks like San Francisco administration do not care about eliminating these crimes.

In a scary neighborhood. Smelly and dirty. Bums hang out right outside the door

This hotel is dirtier than room per hour. Photos are faked. I am 52 and never stayed in hotels worse than this.

Very scary neighborhood. People standing around being loud.

We didn't expect much because the price was really great (compare to other hotels and hostels), we needed just basic things. The hotel is next to a bus staiton, only the cleanliness could be better - in the room and bathroom and there was some bad smell in the corridor. However, we needed just a low price, so for us it was OK.

Chill location easy access to food and transportation

never again , waste money for a better quality is what I suggest and a better location or area
