paid for the room 6 month prior with points. got shafted and put in a disability access room. complained and finally got the room I paid for. the staff gave attitude because it was a 3rd party booking. further had to request 4 times that feathers be removed from the room. I called 3 days before to request, I called the day of to request and I requested at check-in. then I had to request they be removed at 1130 at night. service is lacking to say the least.

my room was very comfortable. The only negative aspect was the city itself. It's a very dirty city with an extreme problem with homelessness.

I absolutely loved the hotel, and staff!!!! I would definitely recommend this to friends, and family...

From the moment we arrived, the representatives at check-in were wonderful. This was followed up with a clean room, daily texts from hotel management, responsive service when requested all with a good location to the happenings down town. We ate and drank at one of the places inside the hotel. Great drinks with tasty food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I would also stay there again. Great value for the price.

The overall hotel had a very cold feel. Despite having a reservation, and not being early, my room was not ready. When I checked into the room it was small and the micro-fridge that was in the room was not even plugged in. Everything was overpriced and not worth the cost. We tried to have a dessert at the restaurant and they didn't have anything except a small bowl of ice cream for $8.00 and a soda for $5.00. Parking my car was even more expensive at this hotel than NYC. I expect hotels in large cities to be expensive, but this one hit a tipping point for me where the exorbitant prices were not worth the stay. The one positive I will give is that the exercise facility was nice.

The room was clean and tidy, no weird smells or stains. The staff was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I enoyed my stay here. It was very pleasant. I would book this hotel again.

I am AARP member and found Hilton honor that. But they told me I had to apply that at booking.

good location for our needs very large room great Thai restaurant in lobby good bathroom, closet space, shower head not luxurious or beautiful, but fine

I had booked a suite with a view and when i got to my room smallest suite ive ever seen! no view! I asked for a switch to a room with a view and they said ok but all suites were booked! they charged me the same price for a regular room!!

We chose this hotel because it seemed the nicest most reasonably priced hotel in walking distance of a relative's apartment. It was very convenient to that apartment and to shopping, eating, and many San Francisco sights. The area (between Union Square and Market St) is noisy at night, but the rooms probably screened out more of the noise than some hotels (I couldn't hear anything from other rooms, so I think the walls are good).

Nice place. Stayed there before. Had reservations for a king got two double sized beds instead. No big deal but the beds weren't comfortable. Didn't complain, like I said, no big deal. Will visit again.

Overall nice hotel to stay in with lots of restaurants around, easy transportation to interesting spots. However, out of six nights stay, two days the room was not cleaned and not very good response from management. Bathroom needs a few hooks to hang your clothes and towels on. There should be two chairs in the room.

Absolutely perfect central location for first time visit!

It was good, didn't like that you have to pay for WIFI.

The hotel is located next to the Powell Station, close to 5 minutes walking to Union Square, but very close to Eddy Street, the most horrendous street in the area where you can find a lot of homeless and scary people, not good for a family of even a couple stay. They offered me to "upgrade" my room by paying 50 USD more per night on top of the 215 USD that i had payed already, they charged 50 USD per night "just-in-case" or would not be able to stay inn, also i was told that my room was ready for me, but if i wanted to receive the keys of my room i had to pay 25 USD more, due to early check-in.

Hotel is a little dated, our room was very basic, but clean and comfortable. Not bad.

I was amazed that this 4-Star Hilton Propoerty in San Francisco didn't offer Room Service of any kind, at any hour. The pricing is exactly the same as their competition in that class, Hyatt Regency, Marriott etc. Won't be staying there again

Great hotel, great location. Near the center of everything!! Mall to the right, stores to the right. And restaurants, here there and everywhere!

It was relaxing and easy to get to shops and dinning.

This was our second experience staying at the Parc 55 Hotel. Great location, walking distance from the BART, lots of shopping areas, restaurants of all kinds. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, clean and roomy, the staff is friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that we arrived at 11am, with check in being at 3pm. We were told that no rooms were available, so we had to occupy ourselves until then. After a long flight, we were hoping to get into a room and rest before getting out.
