We were looking forward to the jacuzzi but unfortunately it was out of commission. We upgraded to the jacuzzi room which was great. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is well kept. Breakfast just get there early for a great variety.

Overall experience was not great but not horrible. It was a calm, quiet hotel which was nice. Lots of stores and food options close by. The room had a funky smell, hard to describe but like an old musty smell. Maybe it was the carpet, it looked dated. Pillows were awful, felt like I was sleeping on a bag of loose cotton balls. Parking spots are small and limited. Besides the smell and pillows, it was an ok experience. It was quiet and we felt safe, so that made it worthwhile. But don’t think I would stay here again.

It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I've stayed in budget hotels that were better. It was a parking garage with a rooms built around it. Homeless people in street could walk into the garage and up to the rooms. My room overlooked a garage with noisy cars starting all night because of the echo. There was absolutely no insolation. Water running from showers all over. And the hot tub was in the garage. Who is going to sit there? No view except cars, barely sky. No place to sit outside unless you wanted to sit in the middle of a parking garage. I've NEVER been to a hotel with no lobby. The lobby was a small room in the garage. No coffee/bathroom...nothing. I've never even heard of that in any hotel nationwide where there isn't a lobby with tv/coffee machine/bathroom/brochures. And it was super expensive. BW should be ashamed to have this hotel. I went with my son and felt unsafe the whole time. Homeless people smoking pot in the garage. Who builds a hotel in a garage and charges almost $200 a night? No sleep with running water and cars revving engines because I was sleeping in a garage.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Area was safe with several food options within walking distance. There was traffic noise which didn’t bother me but could bother others. Overall great stay would definitely stay again.
