there was no water in the morning to shower and when you take a extra car they charger you $15 more and they do have parking, i been staying there ones a week because of work and my husband too so we have to drive to two vehicles to go to work.

I have no positive things to say about the property. The parking lot was dirty with trash. Gang etched graffiti on elevator glass, room wreaked of weed. When I arrived at front counter to check in, there was no site personnel staffing the counter. I waited for over twenty minutes before someone finally appeared. I called the hotel multiple times while waiting at the counter, and of course no one answered. I made noise, knocked on counter, walked around the corner and saw the office door was wide open and not secured. I almost left but, because I had to leave the hotel at 4am to catch I flight I decided to stay. I will guarantee I or none my employees will ever stay at your property again in the future.

I wished I picked one of the newer hotel establishments down the street that wasn’t in this busy intersection! You can hear a lot of outside street noise, I can hear the next rooms tv on as well! My coffee maker was broken- I wasn’t tempted to even try the coffee they provided anyways. Also, they do put a $50-$100 hold on your card at arrival for security/damages and remove it after a few days. I did not know this going in, although the small print of the orbitz itinerary says “subject to fees upon arrival”, but I didn’t think to read that, just knew I booked a room through a trusted third party. The room itself was clean. Just pay $50 more and get a better location, this place isn’t worth the deal.

The room was clean and nice. Parking lot was a bit of a hassle but not a deal breaker. I saw hand sanitizing stations at every elevator and front desk, very happy with this until I noticed every single one was empty. Oh and forget about the vending machines, none had anything in them. I head to the lobby to ask and noticed they have a tiny closet sized room with drinks and a few snacks so I get a couple of soft drinks which cost over double the price of the vending machines which is why they probably keep them empty.

It is right on a busy road, I could heard vehicles and ambulances at night. Also though it says it has shuttle services to the airport, it doesn’t.

I do want to kindly apologize that the vending machine was empty as they just installed it and the vendor was coming back to refill it. In regards to the hand sanitizer they are checked periodically to ensure there is hand sanitizer in the public areas. Thank you for your time and valuable feedback.
