Car vandalize at Motel

My experience was really terrible ! My new car was vandalized right in front of the lobby and when I asked one of the girls that work in the front, she said the manager is busy didn’t give me any response for more than six hours. The cost for my side mirror will be expansive!This is so unfortunate to us. We got staying here will be a good experience. You guys should’ve been more on top of this refused cameras right away so I wouldn’t be able to file police report. Then the room I pay for was unavailable and they downgraded my room. This issue needs to be resolved. They still haven’t contact me regarding the cameras.
