Comfortable bed! Nice size room. Clean.

My room was not that clean .my bed had stains on my pillows and sheets there was tissue left in the restroom on the tub it just who wasn't clean.this makes the 2 nd time my room is not clean.

I did not like we could Not check in 2 hours early. I did not like the bed . It was to hard and I can feel the springs.

I booked this room because it said that it had a shuttle to the airport. It did not. The pool was closed as well.

The entire property smelled of weed and sweat, I didn't feel particularly safe. The crazy people stripping naked outside and screaming didn't help.

Staff need to learn how to talk to people especially the manager I see were they get it from he is rude.

Good place to stay near LAX. Rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet for being on a busy street. My only complaint is that upon arriving at the airport at 11:30 p.m. we were told that the airport shuttle would be an over 30 wait because the driver was on his dinner break. We ended up taking an UBER to the hotel instead.

The property was very clean, the room was very nice and the area was pretty quiet to be right next to the airport. The elevator was a bit slow but when on vacation, who wants to be in a rush? The only thing I was not completely satisfied with was that the pool and hot tub area closed at 9pm. I had been traveling all day and checked in just in time to go meet friends for dinner. I would have really loved the opportunity to relax in the hot tub when I returned at 9:30pm. I asked if there was anyway they could extend the pool hours but she claimed that it would be too dark outside. Besides my lack of time to relax in the hot tub during the normal hours, this hotel was great! Breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of things to choose from and I was able to catch the airport shuttle so I did not have to spend extra money for airport transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel and it was a great price!!!
