As a frequent traveler , ive stayed in alot of hotels, primarily with my husband and daughter This trip i was without my husband but with 4 girls who were attending a concert at BMO Stadium. A little nervice to be in DTLA, but as a Cali you know pretty much know what to exoect in that area. From the minute we pulled in to Valet, we were met with impeccable customer service. They assured us that the Uber pick up was right there and there would be security Check in was great and quick. They have a small area with drinks and snacks for sale. Water was 5.00 a bottle. They charge a 30.00 destination fee which 15.00 if that was a credit used towards the wine bar / drinks if you chose The room!!! My gosh it was huge We had a huge living room with a pull out double sifa

Well, it's downtown LA so you will see a lot more junkies on the streets, but they keep themselves out of the adjacent blocks away from the hotel. It's a convenient location, the hotel gives you FREE tickets (your room key) to the Grammy Museum, which is a fun place for family visits. Grocery store is nearby, the room is perfect, the whole hotel smells NICE! Staff is friendly and prompt to help if you need anything. Overall, we LOVE our stay.
