Wasnt expecting where we were staying. Lots going on on a Friday night. Staff was very helpful. Uber everywhere. Adjacent to the Microsoft theater and Staple Center. Little pricey but if you are looking to treat yourself, do it

The room was very comfortable. AC was good. Bed was good. Comforter and pillows god. Location really convenient for my purposes. What issues I had were minor but unfortunately impacted my ability to sleep. I didn't call the desk because I didn't know exactly where the noises were coming from. It sounded like a tv turning itself on and off repeatedly or an electronic device cooling down. The TV was definitely off and the clicking noises persisted throughout the night. Noises like that are very unsettling for me and I couldn't sleep through the night. The low water pressure in the bathroom sink also left something to be desired. It took a long time to wash up. Other than that, I was satisfied.

Hotel room was very clean, spacious, and quiet. I enjoyed the layout of the bathroom, the privacy of the room location, and the size of the room.

The staff at the hotel were lovely. However, we came to the hotel from Manhattan Beach because we were going to the Dodger game and we thought it would be fun to come early so the kids could swim in the "heated saltwater pool". The pool was like "ice water" which meant the kids didn't swim and we didn't get much of a break. When I told the staff member as we were checking out at 7 am the next morning about the pool, he said "oh, I'll ask that they heat it today". I explained that we were leaving anyway because there was no way that the pool that size would get heated in a day. He really didn't seem to care. Not only do they advertise it on the website, but the staff member who checked us in told us to be sure to go to the heated salt water pool on the 4th floor.

We stayed at the JW Marriott for one night as we were flying to Kentucky for the Derby the next day. The hotel is beautiful, and my husband LOVED that the Yardhouse was in walking distance from our room. We went both before and after the Dodger game. Stadium was a short drive away, and the next morning it was less than 20 minutes to drive to LAX...super short for L.A. traffic!!! Room was modern, clean, and bed was super comfortable! Can't wait to stay here again!

The bed was very comfortable nice view to look at the city!! Oh yeah one more thing it'd be alot celebrities at that Hotel

Hotel was nice, clean rooms. Alot of dining options. Convienent to highways.

Great location with restaurants and activities within walking distance. Price comparable to other hotels by Marriott in LA Live area.

The parking is crazy expensive and there is no complimentary wifi which all hotels have now days.

Very clean and quiet. The bed is comfortable. The staff were helpful and polite. I will stay at this hotel again next time in LA.

Walking distance to convention center plus other downtown locations

I stayed only for 2 nights at this hotel, but I wish I could've stayed longer. The showers were amazing, the pool and jacuzzi were a really nice treat at the end of the day, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely coming back!

The only thing I did not like is the cost of parking

Desk staff was accommodating. 1st room was occupied so staff upgraded to Jr suite. Housekeeping was to remove feather bedding but left 2 feather pillows. I suffered all night.

Hotel was in walking distance of concert venue. The beds were amazing and room was dark and quiet for great sleep. Pool was a wonderful addition. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

All good front desk people could learn to smile...

This was a great value for the hotel. We loved the ambiance

I love this hotel...location , clean, confortable, safe everithing is perfect I will love to say every trip ...

The hotel was very nice. It was in a great location with great views. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance.

JW Marriot is the place to stay. It's a mix of having a fun lively environment while keeping a professional vibe.
