Beverage machines on all floors were out of order The room was dusty and antiquated Guess service did not pick up

Tried many times over the 4 night stay to contact front desk. Not one time did we get an answer. We had to walk to other hotels to get food because a restaurant was not available.

My only objective was free parking for client's that has to change the hotel and service was good no free parking was a minus for me

It was ok

The property is nice, has lot of amenities. The front desk needs improvement, the service is slow, I can excuse that they are short hand after covid, but being rude is something different. The shuttle needs to stop in the fron of the hotel, not just slow down and drive away. Apparently, they just see and drive away, not caring for the people who are rushing for using the shuttle service.

The Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Airport at LAX had no Hot Water in the building, and they continue to rent rooms to customers not informing them of the Major Problem of no Hot Water, and serving food and prepared food without Hot Water for cleaning kitchen utensils, which in many states would be causes for shutting down the property. Stay Away from this Property Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel at LAX.

Guest services was very fast when I called for items to be sent to my room. The hotel food was good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay

I could hear all the conversations from next room till 4 AM. Had to contact the front desk

suposed to be none smoking yet my room smelled of smoke. Staff very nasty when I tell them.

I just loved the whole stay while I was at Sheraton Gateway Hotel...

Not having free parking is a big deal. Because you can't take your car and drive places otherwise you will be paying a lot money just on parking. It's an inconvenient for people.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Could not have been more perfect!
