Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel

Honestly this hotel from outside view looks amazing! The pictures on here looks like they look 5 out of 5! But once you walk in the staff majority not all are either pissy or just not happy to be there! And everything and I mean everything there is an up charge!!! The bar lol well You have to do a stare down with the bartender to get helped otherwise they will walk right past! Food not so great charge a lot for a tiny meal and no WiFi I stayed for 8 nights and had to pay an upwards of 150 for WiFi cause cell phone connection sucks for T-Mobile AT&T and sprint! And be aware prices change they don’t go by what’s on a big metal plaque for valet parking!

My stay was excellent. However, there should be a designated parking area for those staying with a vehicle. The additional $17 was not a pleasant surprise. Honestly, I would have chosen a hotel with free parking if I would have known. But the hotel was very nice.

The hotel was very nice - the room was very comfortable and clean. Convenient location, close to LAX, in addition to on site conveniences such as Starbucks and nice gym. However, the parking was confusing and expensive. Self - parking is in a lot down the street and charges each up to $17 each time you leave the lot and cone back, unless you pay for the whole day pass, which is $35/ day.

This Sheraton Gateway is convenient to LAX if you have an early am flight and want to avoid traffic and delays. Costero bar and bistro is quick and affordable. bar area can be crowded at times based on events.

Walls are thin and shower stall was too small. This is a not what I had expected for a 4 star hotel.

It was a nice hotel with a nice bar and restaurant. Breakfast is overpriced at $28 per person. They also charged $37 per day for parking. I found out later that the parking lot is not part of the hotel, and had I not gone through the hotel for a parking pass I would have only paid $17 per day for parking for the same lot.

Parking was outrageous! $17 to self park every night, or $46 for valet. We had requested adjoining rooms well in advance, but ended up with rooms in different hallways.

My experience was excellent. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Their customer service was outstanding. The rooms had a refrigerator but no microwave. It worked out because they had a microwave in the vending room, I would highly recomment this hotel.

Short business trip.Great hotel with warm staff, excellent food in restaurant.

Wonderful staff and restaurant and Bar employees Were wonderful. The Chef in the morning made The best omelets ever. Didn’t care for my room too much, it was a Handicapped room so the restroom and closets Were set up different. Overall I would stay there again Thanks . 😀

Good hotel. Close to airport and rental and major highways

Great hotel, had an early taste of the Chinese New Year before departing to Taiwan. Friendly staff and shuttle driver.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was professional and helpful.

Shuttle to hotel was fast and the driver was helpful with bagage... Check in at hotel was quuck as well with good bell hop service. The bar in lobby was relaxing and had a huge selection of drinks... Booked a club room for club lounge access. The food and drinks there were awesome and very convenient and a good service staff as well.

Hotel was clean . There was not much on the House menu for a real meal so I had to go to the restaurant downstairs . Wi di is important to most or and for the rate if the hotel it should come free with the room.

Pleasant stay. Prepared staff, attentive personnel, well trained and polite..

The morning of check out, the shower did not have hot water, lasting longer than an hour. Left the hotel without shower. I know things happen sometimes so i still recomment this hotel to friends but gave 3 stars rating for this stay. Hopefully, they will redeem themselves in my future stays.

Great hotel for the price. Excellent management and a very comfortable room! Also in a great location!

There was a baby crying in the next room and kept us awake for 2 hours we called guest services and was told we should move to another room. Eventualy they sent security to the next room to let the occupants know they were disturbing other guests . But that was after I pointed out that we should not be the ones moving but the guest that just checked in and causing the disturbance .They sent the security twice because after the first time they said everything was ok and it was not the case. .I never got any compensation for keeping me and my family awake plus discovered I was charged for Internet though I'm SPG member and had to correct the error in billing.

I booked this room for a recent trip, I had an early Monday flight so I wanted to stay out by LAX. The hotel was comfortable and has a mini bus that goes to LAX every 15 minutes. I found the food to be a little on the expensive side especially for the portion size. I would definitely stay here again when traveling.
