Staff is the reason why I usually give 4 stars. Even this time staff was phenomenal… however! There were roaches on both level 4 and 5 on the microwave area. That evening there was a bottle of what looked like bodily fluids being microwaved for no less than 15 minutes ( from the time we smelt to the time we explored and called security). Staff was responsive, but it was a gross ordeal because of the smell. The room not having heat was also super annoying but I always bring our own blankets and pillows. Staff was ALWAYS GREAT!

Close to the LA airport. After I dropped off a rental car and used their shuttle to the airport. Then I walked from there to the hotel. It took only 10 minutes to walk. Easy to check in and out. Only the problem I had was the location of a toilet roll paper. For a female, it was more than an arm-reach.
