I’m super disappointed in this place customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced!!!
So first there is a protest that happens 5a-730a for about a month you can't sleep they blowing horns drums etc!! $65 a day valet or $24 with no in/out service terrible. Room was clean but lacked amenities upon arrival. Check in staff friendly but afternoon or staff responding to t he protest not
Toilet and floor weren't clean, smelled like someone was smoking in the room before. There was almost no toilet paper in the bathroom. I would expect more from a 4 star hotel

The floors were stained, dirty and in severe disrepair. There was a stench in the hallways. I advised several employees of trash thrown across the floors on several levels of the property but no one ever cleaned. In my room the towels and sheets were dingy. I asked for help and was ignored. Im very upset because it was hidden in fine print that the room was partially nonrefundable.
I didn't stay here. Never even checked in. The location was not the one I wanted so I stayed at a different Sheraton. Yet I was still charged even though the front desk told me i would not be. Im disappointed with the service
to whom it may concern When we stayed there was picketing and it was uncomfortable going in and out side doors not able to use the front doors. We were told house keeping was not available every day . The dining was limited to 5 dishes only. Despite being told there would be no changes occurring inthe hotel The shuttle that picked us up at the airport tried to take us to a different door to arrive went over speed bumps in the hotel parking area 3-5 people in the back of the shuttle went airborn including me and my husband over each bump about 4 of them slammi g us back into seats each time with no stopping to allow us to move to the front no apology or any concern for us. My back. has been stiff and sore for two days now. since that occurrence. Overall lack of information in the rooms no laundry bag no phone numbers or any hotel information at all . I felt more information regarding picketing to help us feel less intimidated wS needed by staff towards guests we had been given room Way from noise but carpet threadbare in hallways and overall rundown feel was not expected for a two day stay over $200 per. night in a Sheraton Hotel. Since leaving at 4am for airport did not get. chance to raise these concerns and feel there should be a substantial discount offered for the above reasons stated. We did not have a good experience we did not have value for money Yours truly Disappointed Guest
The hotel was too cold because of AC. I caught a cold there.
Had to spend a night near the airport. Was pleasantly surprised.
We booked a room for two queens and got a king. We had two children that had to sleep on a makeshift bed on a sofa. There were no extra blankets or towels. The check in was terribly understaffed and she probably thought I was single but my wife and kids sat in the waiting area since it took over an hour for check in. It also took forever to get on a shuttle, since the driver admittedly said the hotel was too cheap to book a third shuttle driver.
Nice place stay before a flight out of LAX.
Hotel is nice. Room was fine. Only stayed 4 hours due to flight layover. In at 4 pm and out at 8 pm. Problem was they overcharged me $63 for parking after I got validated by the restaurant and was told it would only be $8. They charged me the $8 and then charged me $63 more on top of that. Now I have to chase them for a refund. Poor service for a high end hotel.
On our trip over, dealing with the LAX construction was awful!! The sidewalk was full of construction apparatus and people were waiting IN THE STREET with their luggage for hotel shuttles! Very dangerous. We waited forever for a Sheraton shuttle and finally a WESTON shuttle dropped us off at the Sheraton! The check in was chaotic. A line so long it took forever to get checked in. On our trip back, it was a bit less chaotic, thank goodness! The rooms were comfortable and reasonably quiet being so close to the airport.
Loved everything but having to wait way too long for elevator.
