Expensive Valet and noisy rooms (caused by airplanes).
Great location, fast and easy to everything in la if you use carpool lane!! Beds where A+ ! My boy loved pool and hot tub, I hate hot tub looked like not been cleaned in years, looked like dead skin soup! Staff had no idea about surrounding areas or there or gift shop! Parking is expensive as normal for big cities
Had a nice stay. Would have liked to stay a little longer.
Shuttle bus about every 15 minutes. Staff was professional and welcoming. Room comfortable. Just went to bar for dinner but it was tasty and good choice of beer and wine.
Front desk personal was kind enough to allow me late check in/out as my flight was so delayed. Awesome
Our hotel stay was awesome. We love to stay at the Sheraton, every chance we get. The only complaint that I have is the parking. Parking was horrible... There's no on site parking unless you opt in for valet which is $43 per night. The parking behind the hotel was $18 a night. I think parking should be on the premises for guest but other than that, our stay was great!
Paid extra for a Club Room (15th floor) Attempted early check in by 2 hours. Was told no Club Rooms and to come back. Came back 2 1/2 hours later and was told no rooms on 15th floor Club level so they gave me room on 14th level, still with Club Lounge access. Not I huge deal but I pre-paid for room on 15th floor... they clearly screwed up reservation. Nothing offered to compensate. Desk lamp light was burned out. Toilet seat was about to fall off. Not sure how cleaning person would not have noticed this and asked that it be corrected. I have higher expectations when it's a premium hotel. Airplane noise was very noticeable. This is to be expected as it's right near the airport.
Lovely hotel, nice facilities but the very loud noise of the jets landing right across the street kept us up until about 2 am. Would not stay there again because of this. Everything else was very nice.
Excelente servicio, instalaciones adecuadas y proximidad al aeropuerto
no parking lot is not good. very good living condition.
Good airport hotel, but ridiculous in this day and age to charge extra for wifi. The night we stayed the hotel had a large meeting or convention scheduled and the wifi was unusably slow. I had to wait until the next morning to get on-line and check into my flight.
Rooms clean and modern but lacking amenities. Was charged extra to bring up mini fridge. Hallways appear older and need updating. Always encountered line at front desk, but staff was friendly. Self parking was a block behind hotel with no direct connection, but was abundant. No one asked to assist with luggage. Only ate once at in-house restaurant. Service was mediocre. Several advertised ingredients were missing from my order, but replacement was prepared quickly. Overall, hotel was convenient, but not memorable.
Great in and out place. Shuttle to get picked up can take some time but overall good hotel
The accomodations met my expectations. I would stay at this hotel again.
Horrible, no hotel slippers, no tooth brush, no free breakfast, ,no free wifi, parking are expensive and 1 free compliment water for a family that is very rediculous for this hotel and the staff clean our room tooked my daughter neck pillow i cant trust this hotel. Never again i rather stay to another hotel next time and i will share my bad experience with family and friends.
Had a nice stay here. The hop on hop off bus tour picked up right outside the hotel. Close to interstates and airport.
The concierge service is a great feature & helps with travel, tours and overall information. Very helpful.
Quick and easy. Very accessible. Clean and comfortable. Can't beat it.
The hotel was awesome it was very clean and very beautiful the only issue was that my room was very warm I kept lowering the AC temperature but it would not work. the shower was humongous and the bed was huge. The blow dryer in my room was not very good but thank goodness I brought my own. The entire staff and check in process was very sweet and very fast. The drinks at the bar were fantastic and y'all carry my favorite whiskey! I cannot wait to come back again it was super convenient where the hotel is located in relation to the airport!!! Self parking was conveniently located behind the hotel and I felt that my car was safe thereI would definitely 100% recommend this hotel to all my friends and family !
Excellent stay, food is delicious and everything was great.
