Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was great, view from our room was lovely during sunset, and hotel has such a convenience location right by our rental car pick up destination and right near the airport. Would recommend this place to anyone!

The hotel clearly makes money off unassuming guests that arrive with cars. They charge a $42 parking fee to park in their garage plus a $4 “parking tax.” This is not only the most expensive hotel parking in the LAX area but it also takes advantage of guests, who show up and have no choice but to pay the parking fee because most paid for the room I wish I knew in advance that they were ripping off guests in parking fees, that way I would have booked somewhere else...

Love how modern and clean the property is, I dislike the fact that we had to pay for WiFi

We've stayed at most of the 4 stars by lax when we visit L.A. and have our favorites, however, we've never encountered such GENUINELY caring staff. Valet park highly recommended however self park is best I've encountered. You can use card access in/ out. Seamless! However parking ran out bc hotel was booked. Front desk put us in valet parking to accommodate. They'll take care of you. Bedding very comfortable, food onsite was good, there's also a gift shop with snacks. I found even their clerk to be GENUINE. They offered break times when shop might be closed for a few mins. So thoughtful. I would stay here again.

Hotel is very convenient as too location. Very quiet for being so close to the airport. Nicely furnished and very well maintained. Parking was a shock!!!!! Over 50 dollars a day and self park almost as much. Would not have chosen this property had I researched this item. Internet was also a charge for room use. I will be more through in looking at certain amenities in the future.

Nice place comfortable clean except parking too expensive

It was a close to airport....easy to get around everyone was really helpful

Rooms were clean the staff was friendly and professional Great location close to the airport

This room would have been really nice if not for a few bad experiences. First off, when you check in, they don’t tell you about the exorbitant parking fees. $42 per night to self- park and $54 per night to valet. And when we found out they were so rude about it. Second, the thermostat in the room automatically kept going back up to 75 every 2 hours. Which means the heat kept coming on at night and we would wake up sweating and have to go turn the thermostat down again. This made for a terrible nights sleep. There is no vent in the bathroom. after taking our showers everything in the room and bathroom was damp. And finally, we got back to our hotel after a long day and the elevators weren’t working. There was a huge, angry huge crowd of people waiting to go up to their rooms. And we asked how to get to the stairs to get to our room and were told there were no stairs, we would have to wait. 40 minutes later we finally got to our room. And Had to stand around holding all the stuff we had to take up to our room. I would not stay here again.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in the center of everything. I didn’t like that there seemed to be no restaurants close.

The add-on costs are ridiculous ($14.95 wireless fee; $43 to park the rental car in their garage [and, of course, there is no place else to park]). For a hotel room over $200/night, we should not be paying for a couple hours wireless service.

Staff was very friendly at check in. Hotel and rooms are very nice. Food there is a bit expensive - but so is most of LA.

I wish my room was made up earlier. Excellent response when I had an issue with the blow dryer. Staff is very friendly. Nice room, bathroom was adequate but it will need an spruce pretty soon.

Close to the airport & free airport shuttle. Nice room with comfortable bed.
