Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel

Is a very nice place close to LAX. Would have been all excellent on review except I had reserved 2 rooms 1 with King and 1 with 2 queens. When I checked in they only had 2 king rooms which meant my 3 kids had to share a bed 2-15 and a 20 year old. I was told since I reserved through a 3rd party (Orbitz) my rooms were guaranteed but not the beds. On the plus side the front desk did make every effort to accommodate us. They brought a roll away bed in and gave us free parking. All in all it worked out. The rooms were nice and clean plus the shuttle to the airport was great.

I always find Renaissance Hotels agreeable in every way. This was no exception. Hotel staff - particularly waitstaff at restaurant - were accommodating, amiable, and hospitipal. High remarks for qualify of food, also. Room was clean, comfortable, and well climate controlled. Aveda bathing products complimentary.

Enjoyed my stay. I will recommend to friends and family

Nice and clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. We found that the restaurant was way over priced, $25 for a breakfast buffet was a bit much.

I stayed in your hotel for four nights the room service was okay but to find a parking spot on the decks was very difficult. The daily parking rate is outrageous and still can not find one. All in all is a good hotel

EASY ACCESS TO FREEWAYS MADE MY COMMUTE AROUND THE CITY SO MUCH BETTER.

First time staying at this hotel and for the money it wasn't worth it. The breakfast buffet is too expensive, there was a hair tangled in the bacon platter. There was nothing special about the hotel and quite frankly I wouldn't have stayed if it weren't for family staying there.

The hotel is nice enough. A brief warning however: do not change anything about your reservation after arriving at the hotel. I was offered an “upgrade” at the front desk that included a bigger room and parking. Although my hotel room was already prepaid, the hotel charged me the full price of the new room, and did not refund any payment for the old room. They also charged for parking, which they said was included in the new “upgraded” room. I called the hotel 2 days later to ask them to correct this. They transferred me to their “accounting department,” which did not answer the line and did not return messages. The hotel operator later promised to have someone call or email me; they never did. When I got my car back from the valet, everything in the trunk was strewn all over, as if the car had been driven fast over large bumps or something. I have stayed in the same neighborhood again since this visit, but not at this hotel. Caveat emptor.

Hotel is at a great location near LAX. The business computer is terrible and of poor quality. You can not even print a boarding pass. Restaurant needs improvement. It is trying for the quick business types and young people.

I can clearly hear the talking in the next room by a door between the two rooms.

It was an excellent experience and a pleasant one!!

Seems a bit expensive but close to airport and shuttle operating 24hrs/day. Rooms fine - no free wifi. Why do the expensive hotels still demand guests pay for wifi? Was only one night stay so I could live without wifi...

We checked in easily enough and the room was clean. However, there was no water in the room and after calling down was told that you had to request water... so we did.. and we waited an hour for the water...when it didn't arrive I called down again and waited another 30 minutes... so I got out of bed, got dressed, went down stairs and waited in line for 20 minutes to get water... got back to my room - the water still hadn't arrived, laid down and 20 minutes later at 12:50 someone knocked on the door with the water... 2 hours after I requested it. The thermostat or AC was broken in the room so it stayed around 80 degrees and I could not sleep because of the heat... overall a miserable night in the hotel....

The hotel was great, location was convenient to The Forum and great restaurants.

Thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and comfort of this lovely hotel. Would difinately stay again.

Nice place would stay again clean room and nice pool/gym area

Very accommodating when I needed an early check-in. Every staff member I came into contact with was helpful and courteous. Interestingly, there isn't room service available between 11:00a and 5:30p. You have to go to the bar and place a "to go" order, wait for if and then take the food back to your room.

Had a very nice day at this hotel staff are friendly room is clean food was good valet stan had a very nice day at this hotel staff are family room is clean food was good valet stand was kind.

From the moment I walked into the hotel until the day I left, I was well taken care of. When I arrived, my roommate was already in the room, and I was late for a seminar being conducted in the hotel. The front desk offered to take my luggage to my room. What a treat!! I was greeted with smiles, and help was always just a phone call away. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

I needed a place close to the airport because I had an early flight the following morning. The hotel was very nice and the staff were top notch. I was able to catch the shuttle at 5:20 AM without any problems and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
