The whole place smelled perfumed and made me feel like it wasn't quite clean. No coffee or any food in the lobby. $25 buffet. No thanks. Pool is the size of a postage stamp, but gym was nice. Good price, bed, and easy airport shuttle.

Great location. Very nice. Rooms were comfortable. Nice restaurant

This hotel was definitely a nicer hotel. Nice ambiance and good amenities. There were some small issues such as keys constantly not working, not just for us but for other guest. Parking was an issue, I was not told $47-$57 per car per night (we had two cars) so I was talked into upgrading for $100 to a “nicer” room that included parking (was not much nicer than rooms I usually stay in). Ended up being charge $215 more when the room was already payed for. Was told charges where wrong and going to be returned, now I wait.

Helpful and friendly day staff. Nice property and rooms were spacious and clean. I especially liked the bed which was the best. Bar was busy and appetizers were great as was the service.

Its sometimes impossible to find an affordable hotel in a somewhat decent location which is clean and feels safe. When I was walking towards my room down the aisle, I was skeptical to be honest. As soon as i walked in the room and inspected it, I was immediately satisfied! Super clean and the staff were all very kind.

Easy check in and out, helpful staff, nice bar and restaurant and easy shuttle to airport.

Liked park and fly making travel to and from LAX super easy.

Excellent staff at check in!! Helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond!

The only disappointment is that the pool is small. Breakfast is pricey but there are a couple of choices nearby to eat.

Good to stay since its just near the airport for convenience just to catch a morning flight the following day. But I hope they have provided us more bath towels and toiletries during our stay for 4 adults

I like that the staffs ate friendly and very helpful

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was great, view from our room was lovely during sunset, and hotel has such a convenience location right by our rental car pick up destination and right near the airport. Would recommend this place to anyone!

The hotel clearly makes money off unassuming guests that arrive with cars. They charge a $42 parking fee to park in their garage plus a $4 “parking tax.” This is not only the most expensive hotel parking in the LAX area but it also takes advantage of guests, who show up and have no choice but to pay the parking fee because most paid for the room I wish I knew in advance that they were ripping off guests in parking fees, that way I would have booked somewhere else...
