Across the street from Erewhon.
Perfect location, very clean , good price, and easy parking!
Centrally located and old charm. Could have been a nice stay had there been adequute towels and a nicer receptionest.
I love that it’s close to my job for when I go into town. I love “Della terra” which is right next door, therefore if you love italian food, head there. The Front desk lady all I can say is for myself. I’ve read reviews on here that don’t show her in the best light but she’s nice to me, accommodating & welcoming
Lady At the front desk was very rude she seem very mad all the time
Your minibar/fridge makes a lot of noise. And parking needs improvement
Was from out of town. Enjoyed hotel and management very kind. Thank you.
Staff said we were at fault us when phones did not work, we are college graduates, not simpletons. Only pluses are price and location.
Lack of personal attention or friendliness by "G" to me during my stay. Was on the phone during my arrival and chose to stay on the phone instead of greeting me. Would not go near this place again under any circumstances, total lack of interest in customer.
It is everything you would expect in a cheap hotel. Thought the woman at the front desk could have been more welcoming, but I would be depressed too if I worked there. She did however manage to smile at me when I left. Perhaps she was sorry to see me go.
Way overpriced for what you get, but that's most of LA. Receptionist was not friendly, room had a strong, unpleasant smell. Windows had no curtains so you are forced to wake up early due to the bright light. Parking was the worst. I can't believe someone designed parking spots where you could barely fit your car and if you do,you can't even open the door to get out. I somehow parked, but when pulling out of the tight spot broke my rear view mirror. Don't park there. Better yet, don't stay there either.
Lots of damage furniture stain wall steam box spring breakfast pastry from 7/11
Clerk greeted us in her pajamas; no coffee in room; 2 flat pillows for king size bed; poor wifi connection; ripped carpet w iron burn; rude staff; bad smelly room I blame Orbitz for this terrible experience. They need to find people in our country making these reservations instead of the Philippines!
This motel is old, but overall clean and comfortable. It was a perfect inexpensive option for 1 night stay in West Hollywood. Of course carpet had stains and rips, but our bed was comfortable and not squeaky. We didn't have any problems finding parking and we had a nice quiet sleep, no loud neighbors. Heater worked good and kept our room warm. We didn't have high expectations about this motel, and were pretty happy with our experience.
