This hotel is in a good vicinity to LA fun, but is going through renovations. I would not stay there until they are done. Parking attendants were very nice! Check in was long. Only one person to check in 5 families at the 3:00 check in time. Took forever. Hotel should have at least two employees at check in time! Did offer a breakfast so with LA prices that was helpful. Overall feel was dusty and like I needed to wipe everything down. I can understand the need to update this place. My hair dryer was so filthy I couldn't even touch it...stairs needed to be vacuumed.

Clean rooms and Good breakfast. Closer to Hollywood and other attractions.

stayed for one night for business...perfectly fine for the $200 range...location is excellent for century city meetings..

We stayed just for one night and it was a good experience. Room was huge, very clean. Hotel is very well maintained. Everything was remodeled: room, bathroom, hallways, etc. for us location was super central as we needed to go to Westwood and West Hollywood for our appointments. We decided to make this hotel as our place to stay for the future weekend trips.

was in LA for a conference and found this great hotel! I'm not normally a LA fan but the staff at this hotel was great from the moment i checked in till i checked out. I travel often and have not found a more friendlier staff then what i found in LA.

Very near to century city, just 5 minutes by walk. There are shopping mall, Macy, Apple Store, Asian restaurant, super market and so on. Also there are some bus lines, like 4, 728 and so on. Most of all, the staffs are very friendly.

the staff is nice and the room is clean. the location is great for visiting Universal and hollywood

Overall good location and value. You will need a car to get around and the hotel only has valet service so it's a hidden $18/day fee.

I enjoyed my stay here! Great guest service and breakfast!

Everything was great - especially Rozi who helped with our checkout. The room was great - 2 story so plenty of elbow room for me and my kids. Only negative is the teeny tiny breakfast room - we took ours back to our room.

The best part of our stay was a the staff! Every member at the Holiday Inn Century City made us feel comfortable. They were very friendly and they made sure that we were happy and comfortable. Also, the beds were really nice and my daughter and I slept like babies. We would stay there again if were to return to Los Angeles.

The staff was friendly and helpful so that was nice. The room was clean. I booked a queen size bed, but was given a standard. Breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast room was very small and crowded. All 8 tables were taken. Had to take breakfast up to my room. On the plus side, it was a quiet area and very conveniently located for me.

This was the smallest hotel I've ever stayed in! Great breakfast with attentive staff. Nothing pretentious about his hotel...unlike some you would find just a few blocks away in Beverly Hills. The room was clean and comfortable with ref rig and coffee maker. I spent little time in the room since I was there on vacation so why pay for all the amenities when you wouldn't use them?!

It's a small but confortable hotel, I spend one week there, the location is great and the breakfast is included and very complete.. Very recomendable

This hotel is totally unremarkable. There is nothing special about it at all. I would only recommend it for business travelers on a budget. There is nothing in the immediate area to see or walk to. In my case, I had a 7am meeting in Century City, so it worked well for me. But, I would not stay here otherwise.

I am a private chauffeur and had a client close by in Beverly Hills. It was a great location, only 5 minutes from clients hotel.

I drove some kids to UCLA basketball camp. They stayed at UCLA and I stayed in this hotel. It was a perfect stay. Close to UCLA, nice neighborhood. Parking did cost $15 a day. Bed was so comfortable. Very quiet. I loved it.

When we arrived, there was no where to park, we had to use valet parking, which I did not expect and was inconvenient, as we were in and out alot. Our late check-in was fine, not overly friendly. The room was just OK, after entering the room, you had to go up stairs to get to the sleeping area, so you could not bring the luggage cart all the way into the room, there was inadequate space to hang clothes, the carpet was stained, the faucet in the bathroom dripped, and there were only towels etc. for three. The queenbeds were absolutely dreadful, very hard, not one of us slept at all, this was myself and my husband and two teenagers. The air conditioner was loud and stinky. There was no pool, sauna amenities at all. The continental breakfast was meager at best. We were attending graduation at UCLA, so we were able to check out late at 2pm. I expected at least comfortable beds and cleanliness after a long drive, not tipping the valet every in and out, especially when I did not know there was a compulsory valet parking, period. No recommendation here.

This Holiday Inn express was a very comfortable small hotel, only three small floor plan stories. In hotel garage. Gorcery store across street with excellent prepared food. Friendly staff, a safe feeling. Room was clean and quiet and large. The wireless internet service was free and I always had a strong fast connection, better than any hotel I have been in! It had the feeling of a family owned business. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

The air conditioner unit was on an inside wall above the bed. It dripped all night long. I called it to their attention in the morning and it was fixed, but started dripping again that night. I noticed that the air conditioner unit in the breakfast room dripped also and the maid had to bang on it with a broom. Also, our door was not secure. It had too much wiggle room in the jam. It could have been easily kicked in, even by me, a frail female. The staff was friendly.
