We loved staying at the Magic Castle Hotel with our family. When we arrived the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and continued to be throughout our stay. The rooms and bed were very comfortable and we loved hanging by the pool and calling for our popsicles! Honestly cannot fault our stay, only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to Kevin and the team. Hopefully we'll be back again one day.

One bedroom was large and very comfortable. Bonus points for an amazing fold out sofa. The staff was exceptional! Love all the free amenities. Wonderful surprise. Best check in ever!

My husband most accurately described it as "a kids all-inclusive hotel." We love, love, loved the free snacks, all you can eat soft serve and the popsicle hotline. As a family of 5, we were really grateful for the spacious apartment style setup. It was super convenient and easy for our trip to Universal Studios. More than anything, the staff was SO WONDERFUL. Truly above and beyond, top-notch customer service.

We loved our stay at The Magic Castle. From the moment we arrived greeted with champagne and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Loved all the complimentary services from snacks and the laundry service was a god send all free done by them too. Breakfast was great quality too. Our girls loved the free soda and the Popsicle line. Thank you so much for making our stay amazing.

Best hotel for families!

This is a great place for families. My kids were so impressed with all of the free snacks and the friendly service. My son said that I couldn’t have picked a better place for us to stay. We had an event at the Hollywood Bowl, and it was an easy walk from the property. I wish more places would offer perks like Magic Castle. We will definitely stay there again. We loved our large apartment that slept 5.

The Magic Castle Hotel was everything we could dream of and more! Upon arrival, the staff tended to up personally welcoming us with bubbly juice and champagne. Our Guest services assistant was very attentive to us upon check in and even offered us a room upgrade as hotel first timers. The property was beautiful, well maintained, and a kids and parents paradise. The amenities offered right down to the free snacks, and popsicle hotline were a what dreams are made of for a Hollywood adventure with kiddos! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the area, it is very walkable and public transportation is easily available near by. Thank you to the Hotel staff for truly making our stay Magical in every way!

All around great stay at this very cute hotel

All around awesome. If you like good vibes, amazing service and a kitsch environment..this place is for you. If you are after neutral tones, staff who are polite but don't talk to you, and a brand new hotel with no noise, then find somewhere else. On whole this place was super fun and heaps of well thought amenities and little touches. Thanks team Magic Castle! Ps. Their resident magician Alonso was amazing!

The staff really make this quirky little hotel special. Nothing seems too much bother and they do everything with a smile. They interact with all their guests and without exception were friendly and welcoming. Kids (and the big kids too) love the ‘popsicle hotline at the pool snacks, ice cream and juice that is all freely available all day. Hotel is very close to the Hollywood Boulevard landmarks and a lovely big shopping mall, all less than a 5 minute walk. Rooms are basic (reminded us of student halls) but they are air conditioned and equipped with everything you will need for a short stay including a hair drier and iron. It’s not luxurious but for the price it’s clean and relatively comfortable. Definitely a fun place to base yourself for an LA trip.
