The amenities were great along with communication. We loved the welcome basket the waters were perfect after a long flight. Everything looks newly updated and it's very nice and clean. The walls are thin you can hear others that share wall or in unit above pretty well and there didn't seem to be any way to heat the apartment there is an air conditioner but it was rainy and cold when we visited. Overall it was a great experience but hearing the people in neighboring units was surprising.

Upon checking in, I noticed that the shower water wasn’t getting hot. After 10 minutes, it was still cold. I messaged the host, and they admitted that the hot water was turned off, but someone would “look into it” the next day. The next day, I was allowed to shower in another unoccupied unit.After a long day, I asked the host for an update and was informed that the hot water wouldn’t be ready for another 5 days. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund, although it wasn’t a full refund since VRBO takes a cut.
