I rated the experience overall positively. Staff/crew did their best, the flight was delayed, many items were out of stock on the plane, but staff was very apologetic and accommodating. Crew, staff, and passengers made the experience a good one.

I wish more considerations were taken regarding seats when you travel with kids. We have twins and I had to pay to switch seats because 1 was at front and other at extreme back.
