I assume that we're dealing with the flight yvr--->yyz, which was fine. On the other hand, the flight yyz--->cle was mediocre. However, this flight (from Air Georgian) was better than their average, which receives a "poor" rating for punctuality...this one was a mere 30 minutes late, on a 40 minute flight.
