Flights Review

Mar 13, 2020

Very satisfied with all aspects of my trip. Thank you.

Mar 9, 2020

Be prepared to pay as much for checked luggage & carry-on as your flight ticket.

Mar 5, 2020

I appreciated that they changed my seat due to a disability!

Mar 2, 2020

The flight was on time.

Mar 1, 2020

Overall good service

Feb 23, 2020

The customer service rep at McCarren counter rude. Seats awful!!! Like sitting on the ground. The number of people packed into the small space AWFUL! Legroom NOT ENOUGH!!! Why do you feel the need to have such a small space for legroom? I am by no means tall (5'6") , if I am uncomfortable I can not imagine what someone who is 6' feels like!

Feb 23, 2020

Seats could be more comfy. And of course more roomy.

Feb 21, 2020

Expect the ordinary. Flight crew was sometimes attentive, sometimes not at all. Food and drinks are expensive, but a reasonable selection. Gate crew pretty good. Booking seats and baggage was horrible experience; could not get thru to talk and address questions.

Feb 20, 2020

Great experience

Feb 19, 2020

plane on time, seat was comfortable (surprised me), your app to pay for carry on and get a seat was difficult to use, I had to do it multiple times unfortunately.

Feb 18, 2020

Super experience with our ticketing agent in Fort Myers
