The customer service rep at McCarren counter rude. Seats awful!!! Like sitting on the ground. The number of people packed into the small space AWFUL! Legroom NOT ENOUGH!!! Why do you feel the need to have such a small space for legroom? I am by no means tall (5'6") , if I am uncomfortable I can not imagine what someone who is 6' feels like!

Feb 23, 2020

Seats could be more comfy. And of course more roomy.

Your entire system seems to work pretty smoothly. Your staff is friendly and, as to the on-board PA announcements, downright funny. Both flights arrived ahead of schedule. Your pricing can't be beat, although I had minimal stuff with me. Overall I'm very happy with your airline and I look forward to flying with you again in the future.

The only thing I wish all airlines would do is start the seating in the back then work to the front it would be a lot easier

It was a very nice, smooth trip.

Your staff always let's their personality shine through. A 4 hour flight can be very boring, but your crew is entertaining!
