DID NOT TAKE FLIGHT 1881.FROM PORT OF SPAIN TO PEARSON. CORONA VIRUS RELATED.PURCHASED SEATS ON MONDAY 9TH. TRIED TO CANCEL SEVERAL TIMES FOR SEVERAL DAYS.- SYSTEM UNRESPONSIVE! HOW DO I BOOK A LATER FLIGHT PRIOR TO DECEMBER 2020
Yes one flight attendant on return journey made the safety demo and the service fun by singing and dancing.
Thanks to Corona the plane was empty... the flight attendants did an INCREDIBLE job to give us space
All United employees were great, friendly, and very helpful!
Have had economy for last few flights. Would like to go back to regular so I can get the window seat !!, Also would like to get the Pre Pass registration ... a few years ago they would add it to my ticket. Made things so easy .. I’m 70 and fly to South Texas at least three times a year to help my mother . Going to regular boarding and prep pass would make a wonderful flight..., excellent
Was required to check my carry-on bag at boarding time since I was in last group (Basic). This possibility should be presented at time of ticket purchase to plan accordingly.
seats are cramped, not comfortable
Curbside checkin was excellent and such a big relief.
Seats too narrow and not deep
Best landing ever. The pilot was fantastic. Not even a bump it was so smooth.
When you fly to Columbus Ohio, you will find yourself in the state's capital and a central location for wider exploration of the Buckeye State. The city of Columbus is known for its attractive skyline, featuring the LeVeque Tower, and for its architecturally diverse neighborhoods that are filled with opportunities to visit beautiful parks and museums.
The LeVeque Tower is located downtown and is considered one of the city's most iconic features. The towering skyscraper was constructed in 1924 in the Art Deco style. Since 1974, the tower has enjoyed a well-deserved spot on the Nation Register of Historic Places. The observation deck is no longer in use, but visitors can still enjoy the exterior, which is due for renovation soon. Columbus is made up of about 20 neighborhoods. Downtown contains the capital, numerous historic buildings and the Columbus Museum of Art. The picturesque German Village and The Short North neighborhoods are worth visiting for their local atmospheres, including the German Brewery District and the iconic arches, respectively.
When you fly to Columbus Ohio (CMH), you will be about six miles from the downtown area. The airport has convenient connectivity to the city via I-270 and I-670. GoBus and taxi service are both readily available to and from the airport and downtown. Visitors come to Columbus for the Ohio State Fair, held every summer in late July to early August.
