Excellent Flight in both directions

Jan 20, 2020

I almost missed My connecting flight to Madison because I had to run like 35-40 gates to barely catch my flight . Every one was already boarded besides another lady and myself . Final boarding made it by 5 minutes or so . Had to run with heavy back pack . It took way to long to get off the first plane from Vegas to Detroit and not much time between connecting flights which almost cost me to miss my plane .

Jan 15, 2020

Our flight was actually 1 1/2 hours delayed but it was for safety reasons. They had everyone that started boarding to return to gate area so they didn't have to sit on the plane for the entire time. I like you thought of our safety and comfort while waiting.

Jan 4, 2020

Only thing I would have liked was a notification early to choose our seats. We wanted to pay extra for the bigger seats but they were full when we did the online checki in.

Dec 29, 2019

Better seats

Nov 26, 2019

I was feeling a bit sick, and staff were very friendly. They asked me if I needed something to make me feel better

Nov 6, 2019

We paid the extra money to upgrade our seats and it was so worth it!
