Los Angeles International Airport, which is located at 1 World Way and often referred to as LAX, is the primary airport servicing the region. Flights from LAX to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) are provided by multiple airlines, including US Airways, Frontier Airlines, American Airlines, and AirTran Airways.
Nonstop bus service to the airport is provided LAX FlyAway, which makes regularly scheduled stops in Van Nuys and Westwood and at Irvine Station and Union Station. The fare varies by location, with $25 being the maximum for a one-way trip from Irvine Station. Transportation to the airport is also available by taxi and public bus. If you prefer to drive to LAX, ample parking is available in covered parking structures and open lots. The maximum daily rates are $30 for the garage and $12 for the lot.
