Video panel at my seat didn't work but I didn’t miss not having it. First time on Air Canada. Overall, very nice flight.

Unhappy with plane travel in general. No tv screen to watch movie, must pay extra to select seats, no hot meal. Air travel used to fun now it’s just a pain in the ass!

Was not offered cookies or pretzels on second service- other flight attendant offered to other seats- mine didn’t offer
