Nov 22, 2018

Busy day. I had good experience but witnessed gate attendant taking boarding passes at Gate 35X, door 4 treat a young passenger very rudely. She said, “I am not wasting any time on you” when college age man traveling on foreign passport could not present his Visa at the GATE. Who would expect that? Usually at gate you present only a boarding pass. Very rude AA employee on 11/21/18 at 8:00am, Gate 35X, Door 4.
