Flights Review

Mar 9, 2020

I was extremely hesitant about flying on Spirit due to less than satisfactory flights on a couple of previous trips on Spirit. I was excited to discover how comfortable and roomy my seat proved to n. It was well worth the extra money I had to pay in order to get the more comfortable seat. I was also very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was. They were far better than any other groups I had on previous flights. And I was extremely happy to arrive home before my scheduled time. Way to go!

I could hear the captain talking!!! That is a huge plus! Staff all had smiles and seemed happy. Gordon at check in counter was extremely kind as well as the female that was with him.

Too hard to select checked baggage on the American App and the webpage. Also - leg room just too tight.

Complementary Direct TV was nice. I was in the last row (unfortunate) and my seat didn’t recline making it very uncomfortable for a big guy like me, but the free direct TV seemed to make up for that.

The service there was great but we were not happy with the length of time it took the bags to get to the baggage claim and then unloaded. We were at the baggage claim waiting for our bags to finally get to us for over 45 minutes.
