I original flights was 20 minutes late and we had 20 minutes to get our connecting flight the attendant on the plan asked those that did not have a connecting flight or had plenty of time to let those who must hurry to get their next flight to please allow them off the plane first. Most people obliged and let us get off the plane. We were a few minutes late getting to our gate but Untied held the plane for us. Thank you Untied Airlines.

Mar 5, 2020

Our flight to Dulles was a nightmare. Not an issue with the staff. Mechanical issue. We kept being told that our flight was taking off in 45 mins. to an hour after it was fixed. We ended up sitting at the airport for 9 hours until we changed our flight. In all it took us 14 hours to get to our destination. I'm very happy that they did not take us on a flight with mechanical issues though. The frustration was that the flight kept being postponed or we would've changed flights sooner. We got a $10 food voucher. Everything else was great.
