First time flying alone It went well
I was one of the first to check in online, expecting a good seat, however, ended up with a seat which had no window and no reclining feature (seat 11D).
West Jet is awful. I will avoid them as much as possible.
Enjoyed my flight
I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of room on the planes. And I was even in economy! I was able to move to a different seat when my screen didn't work. The pasta dish I had was quite good. Corn side dish was rather tasteless. All-in-all a positive experience.
Friendly staff is crucial, very glad they were so kind about my needs.
Flight was changed last minute and customer service was impossible to contact. The flight they offered shortened our already short trip by a day. We ended up booking our own flight last minute. I am hoping they will reimburse us for the flight they cancelled.
