Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre

The reception felt very forced and fake. The hotel was busy and it is in a good location - however the rooms themselves are extremely small and hard to move around in. Also the booking said "city view" but we had a terrible view of some just two nearby buildings and could not see the city at all. Also they didn't tell us about the Wi-Fi and how to use it - or inform us of amenities.

Location-downtown 40 meters from the subway, Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Excellent business centre for those preferring larger screens.

location wise is really accesible..its in downtown of toronto..its good..the receptionist named maria she is so nice..im highly rrecomended it to you guys..i felt bad because somebody took one of my stuff in our room..i was so disapointed with the management cause they didn't replaced my neck pillow..that is really important to me..that pillow gives me comfort everynight i go to sleep..reminder..take goodcare of your valuable thing everytime you are at hotel..

We stay here whenever we come to Toronto, usually our stay is great. This time the room thermostat was not adjustable the temperature in the room ranged from 75-85 degrees!! In the winter! Luckily we were able to open the window as we were sweating all night with no blankets on. The hotel seems to be a little run down, the hallways were missing chunks of trim along the floor, two elevators were out of order so the wait time for a lift was 20 min. ( took the stairs 9 floors). The front desk reprimanded me for booking through Expedia, then I was charged $50 for parking! Did it go up?!

Was really good!!! Everything was new and clean and the room was perfect the location was the best!!!

Nice hotel in downtown Toronto. Conveniently located near shopping centers, eateries, and other entertainment.

I was only there from 10:00 pm to 5:30 AM. All was good and it is right Down town.

It's loud. You can hear everything in the hall way. The paint is peeling in the hallways. The restaurant-expensive and slow. I ordered soup & salad. I got my glass of wine and soup in 20 mins. After 45 mins and no salad I ask for my check they told me the cooks got behind mean while other tables after me received their meals. $30+ for a bowl of soup and a glass of wine?

We stayed there for almost a week and it was perfect. The room was nice and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Checkin and checkout were expedite. Great location, restaurants nearby, subway station within walking distance, convenient stores in the corner of hotel and friendly staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Wifi was ok. Too bad we could not stay longer.

It was a hotel that fulfill our expectations. It was cost-effective for our needs and in a central place in downtown-Toronto.

This hotel was in a good location and the metro was a short walk away. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the area as well. Clean hotel with friendly staff and convenient underground hotel parking.

I stayed for three days. The service is very good. The hotel is a very quite and clean hotel. I will stay again in my next trip.

The hotel is conveniently located where I wanted to be. There are great amenities within walking distance - theater, shopping, and dining. The housekeeping staff was wonderful.

The locating is fantastic, in the heart of Downtown Toronto. Everything you can think of is within walking distance or just across the street, true value for money.

close to everything, nice location. friendly personal. good food in the restaurant

To stay for 1 or 2 days may be ok is not like the holidays inn that I have been before

This is really just an average 3 star Holiday Inn... the location makes it more desirable, though. Personally, I'd suggest other hotels in the area over this one unless you're getting an amazing deal.

The staff were kind and professional, the building was clean and modern, the room, though a bit small, was well laid-out and very comfortable. I loved being in such a central location, and even though it was right downtown, I didn't hear any street noise in my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to solo travellers, since it felt very safe.

I left my room on Saturday August 23 at around 11am. I came back to my room around 8:30 pm and found my room still not serviced. I called house service and told them that they for got to clean my room. I was told that they showed that it was done. I told then that it was not serviced . They told me that there was not any house keeping tonight. They said they would send up some towels and that was it. I paid over $130 dollars a nite to service my room. They owe me a night Freeeeeeeeeee. Nothing less

Every one stuffs were so kind. Onry one thing poited out was no break fast including with my room. My brother in low made reservation from Malaysia and he got lower prise with break fast.
