Didn’t like the rooms beside us opening and slamming their doors all night with the security latch pulled across so their doors didn’t actually close. They were coming and going all night. And could hear a lot of street noise.

Not as promised. Expected a king suit with two showers, robes, slippers, etc. Instead something far less and underwhelmed. The weather was extremely hot and we had NO air conditioning. The pictures on the website must be extremely old because the hotel looks nothing like the photos. We asked to be compensated for our inconvenience and were told “not our problem because we booked through Expedia”. Ruined our trip to spend with family for a special occasion. Totally disappointed.
Hair was under the covers. Disgusting. I could not sleep that night.

We had a great time here and loved how quiet it was and the room was very nice! Bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The hotel was close to the subway station and all of the staff were very kind and accommodating!

Staff was rude upon checking in and very dismissive. Incredible small room for just over $400, AC wouldn’t go down more than two degrees, fire alarm went off at 4am and no ac in stair wells or communication with guests.

The staff here are great! Very professional and friendly. The common areas are clean including the parking garage. BUT! The rooms are very small, dirty and disrepair. They smell dirty and feel dirty.

Great location we used the subway a lot. Clean rooms and great to have use of pool until 11pm. Staff poliet ans helpful. Good buffet breakfasts, we ate one night in restaurant and we all cleared our plates! Loved it!

All excellent except shower head is broken, you can still used the shower, unfortunately water splashes toward wall. I told the front desk about the issue, I was told someone would come to fix the issue, no body showed up for help.
