There were staff that were fabulous and some that were not - for those that were not, if you don't like your job then don't be there as your passive aggressive behaviour is not what people want to deal with when coming to stay anywhere!

Convenient to metro (tap to pay makes using it very easy). Parking was very easy (hotel sent very good instructions ahead of time) and with a VIP discount, quite reasonable. Only complaint was that we couldn’t adjust the temp in the room, leading to one cold night. Apparently they only allow you to adjust it on request. The next day they promptly sent someone up to adjust it, so I should have just called the first time (it was late and we were tired from traveling). Street noise on the 4th floor was loud, but not awful. All in all, would use again!

The heater didn't get hot enough, it shut down 3am my girlfriend and l were cold in bed. Uncomfortable bed, the carpet looked like it was never cleaned. A very poor experience, we will never stay in that hotel again especially for the price l payed.

I’ve stayed here several times now it’s my go to place for downtown Toronto. Rooms are nicely renovated with laminated hardwood floors and a modern aesthetic. The staff has always been great.

Our stay at this hotel was fine. The location worked well for us. We also used the luggage storage after checking out since we had time on hand before our train departed.

Beware of this hotel and securiry staff. Two nights in a row security staff entered our room without any announcement due to wjat we learned was a faulty smoke detector which was triggering the gire alarm (while me amd my wife slept). Hotel management acknowledged the security policy violation, and indicated they would provide refund for our stay but we hae to go through expedia to request it. After working with expedia to put in a refind request, the hotel managemenr subsequently denied the refund request with no explanation. Terriblw experience, dishinesr staff and outright unsafe securiry standards

The property is well cared for and the hotel has a beautiful lobby - my only gripe is that our room and bathroom felt quite small, that being said, this was my first time to a city as large as Toronto and I’ve been told it’s normal for downtown hotels to have smaller rooms

The location was close to most of the attractions I wanted to see by Uber, the staff were always very friendly and helpful, and the house cleaning services were immaculate. All in all a very wonderful experience.
