I was only there from 10:00 pm to 5:30 AM. All was good and it is right Down town.

It's loud. You can hear everything in the hall way. The paint is peeling in the hallways. The restaurant-expensive and slow. I ordered soup & salad. I got my glass of wine and soup in 20 mins. After 45 mins and no salad I ask for my check they told me the cooks got behind mean while other tables after me received their meals. $30+ for a bowl of soup and a glass of wine?

We stayed there for almost a week and it was perfect. The room was nice and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Checkin and checkout were expedite. Great location, restaurants nearby, subway station within walking distance, convenient stores in the corner of hotel and friendly staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Wifi was ok. Too bad we could not stay longer.

It was a hotel that fulfill our expectations. It was cost-effective for our needs and in a central place in downtown-Toronto.

This hotel was in a good location and the metro was a short walk away. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the area as well. Clean hotel with friendly staff and convenient underground hotel parking.

I stayed for three days. The service is very good. The hotel is a very quite and clean hotel. I will stay again in my next trip.

The hotel is conveniently located where I wanted to be. There are great amenities within walking distance - theater, shopping, and dining. The housekeeping staff was wonderful.

The locating is fantastic, in the heart of Downtown Toronto. Everything you can think of is within walking distance or just across the street, true value for money.

close to everything, nice location. friendly personal. good food in the restaurant

To stay for 1 or 2 days may be ok is not like the holidays inn that I have been before

This is really just an average 3 star Holiday Inn... the location makes it more desirable, though. Personally, I'd suggest other hotels in the area over this one unless you're getting an amazing deal.

The staff were kind and professional, the building was clean and modern, the room, though a bit small, was well laid-out and very comfortable. I loved being in such a central location, and even though it was right downtown, I didn't hear any street noise in my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to solo travellers, since it felt very safe.

I left my room on Saturday August 23 at around 11am. I came back to my room around 8:30 pm and found my room still not serviced. I called house service and told them that they for got to clean my room. I was told that they showed that it was done. I told then that it was not serviced . They told me that there was not any house keeping tonight. They said they would send up some towels and that was it. I paid over $130 dollars a nite to service my room. They owe me a night Freeeeeeeeeee. Nothing less

Every one stuffs were so kind. Onry one thing poited out was no break fast including with my room. My brother in low made reservation from Malaysia and he got lower prise with break fast.

The hotel is a standard downtown hotel. The staff was slow and had difficulty with English. The room was small, the bathroom was small, the parking was an extra $28/day. And the parking garage was full. The internet access was free - when it worked.

The hotel was very nice and located in a great area right by the subway. The cost was moderate; not too expensive. The lack of a jacuzzi was the only true downside.

Rooms were cozy, clean, and relatively quiet for the location. Easy walking distance to downtown, the CN tower, the waterfront, and the main shopping street. Also in walking distance to Kensington Market and the University area.

Great location, you pop out of the hotel and walk right over to Dundas square which is the "Times Square" of Toronto. Room was very clean and quiet (was up on 20th floor), nice 80 cm flatscreen, and coffee machine, did not have breakfast so can't comment on that one. The hotel includes a swimming pool and a gym, but haven't been there. Parking is $15 per day. Room prices is what you must expect for a hotel like this in downtown Toronto.

Carlton Street is about as dark a street as you will find. It made the room equally dark. Comfortable enough. Well located relative to all the action on Younge.

There was hair beside the toilet in the bathroom and they had plenty of time to clean the room because we showed up well after check in time. There was nothing in our reservation packet were to park and that was in the basement of the hotel for 25.00 for one night. They only have four elevators in one location for the whole hotel so it was very crowded and slow. Room was descent, a bit small and it had a fridge. Staff was helpful and friendly, they also had a travel desk for tours etc. She was a big help for general city information. Location was descent but Toronto is way too much like New York with all the people. We drove to Toronto from Niagara Falls to see the Hockey Hall of Fame. I think we would have rather drove to Toronto for the day instead of staying the night. Niagara is much nicer for a relaxed vacation but WARNING...Canada is expensive, we spent way more than we budgeted out.
