This hotel was very comfortable and easy to check in and out I enjoyed my stay and the area was very convenient stores and malls in walking distance I highly recommend this hotel.

It was my 3rd stay. The room looked ok but it was not clean enough. There were trash on the floor like used bandages, dirty tissues. I am disappointed.

The security on the ground floor was really rude. All the staff were asians, some barely spoke English. The sofa bed was really dirty and gross. Not what I expected when I made the reservation, felt like I was staying in a cheap motel.

It was quiet and the staffs were so nice and polite. The safety of the building was amazing. No one could get in the elevator without the room key. I really loved it.

While the room itself was nice, our accommodations did not match the price we paid. I booked a double suite for my family of 4, and a single suite and a one bedroom suite for the rest of my party. Based on the photos, prices and common sense, you would think that the double suite would be bigger, but it’s not. It had a kitchenette and 2 double beds, NOT QUEENS (the sofa bed was also not listed in the description) while the other suites had full size kitchens, dinning tables and were so much more spacious like a small apartment. One of them even had a balcony and a washer & dryer. I knew that upon booking that the other suites were cheaper than the double suite, which created the impression that the double was bigger, but now knowing that it was smaller and lesser, made it feel like a scam. When we brought it up to the front desk they told us it was because we had 3 beds, which again was not in the description, and just gave us a generic explanation of how the price reflected what was provided regardless of room size and made no attempt in making it right based on principle alone. They also serve the same breakfast everyday, I know it’s “free” but if you’re going to charge $1100 for 3 nights you’d think you’d get some variety. Lesson learned - read the descriptions and reviews beforehand.

The sofa bed has black dirt, and hair, on the pillow. On the bottom of the mattress there was a gross brown stain. Very little amenities and breakfast choices.
