I was disappointed with my two night stay here. No wifi unless you’re a member, internet was not easily accessible. There were renovations happening on the floor above and I woke up to drilling noises. The staff moved me to another room, but it was dirty and not cleaned thoroughly. It’s a beautiful hotel and my family stays there every time we come to Toronto. I love the corner suites because they offer ample space and beautiful interior for a family. Stayed there for 4 nights with family. Not really worth it to be honest. Looks very nice from outside but rooms are old and outdated. Beds were small for four people and water pressure was very low in the bathroom. I don’t understand why they claim pool is included since every time you wanna use it you must book in advance and walk up and down to reach there. Breakfast was not worth it with limited options. I wouldn’t go back in the future

It's not to the standards of a typical Hilton. Very much in need of a renovation, front staff was not super helpful. The property is super noisy at night with lots of traffic noise. The lobby and restaurants look great on the pictures and are in real life but the rooms feel like a 2 or 3 star room at best, and we were in a suite.
