This is perfect for a business traveller...not sure about a family though. Beds were tiny for 2 people ( smaller thanks UK double) so husband slept elsewhere! You can get a pot of coffee but not tea as standard...so I asked and a nice restaurant staff did bring a pot of tea. Bar staff miserable. Check in staff and house keeping happy. 5 mins drive from train station which was good. Hotel guests not allowed to use table tennis...thats rubbish.I wouldn't stay again with family.

Good points: The hotel is great, quiet, clean, comfy, convenient, though it's old but no foul smell like other old hotels. Not so good points: The shower has no door, causing water spilled out to the floor of the toilet, making the whole floor was wet, I had to put the bath towels on the floor to absorb the water, still it cannot work well because of too much water on ground. The hotel removed the magnicify mirror in the bathroom which is inconvenient for lady's to do make-up because the countertop of the sink is too wide to reach the mirror., cannot see close. The coffee maker was not clean, we cannot use it.

Need management of sounds control

Good location and convenient. Room is spacious. Need improvement to the bathrooms as there is weird sound from the pipes this time. Also some teenagers or young people are talking, yelling and running very loudly in the hallway. Unfortunately they are outside my room and almost an hour in the evening around 8 to10 pm.

I was here 2 nights for a conference. Beautiful suite .Bed super comfortable. Very expensive in restaurant which is not unusûal for this area. Enjoyed our stay. Great facility for conference.
