Experience is usually excellent. This stay we had issues with the room and the loudness of where we were placed. We did get moved but at 11 at night. Would rather have had a decent room.to begin with not a handicapped room.
Hotel is gorgeous, and at the perfect location for shopping. Plenty of parking as well. Hotel staff was also very friendly. Had no problems getting into our room, and appeared to be very clean. Only complaint was couldn’t use the bathtub for a bath, and there were stray hairs in it. Pool was also ...
After staying in New York City. This was a great bargin. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it cost less than our stay in the City. Lots of room, kitchen and living room was plenty big. The people at the front desk were so helpful. Id stay there in a heartbeat again when in the area.

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The front desk females are not friendly. The food was average.
We had a very relaxing and quiet weekend at the Brae Lock. The staff was friendly and the dining was cozy and delicious! A nice continental breakfast was available in the morning. A good find!
We were in town to see our niece in a community play. Brought our granddaughters with us and had a good night and enjoyed the pool and spa in the morning along with a very good continental breakfast.
I've stayed at this motel several times - room has always been clean, quiet and comfortable. This time was two nights in succession. Good value for the money. Will stay there again next trip through that region.
