This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had at a Super 8. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and we had to wait over 20 minutes just to check in. When someone finally showed up, they checked us into the wrong room ,a single bed instead of the double room we booked.
After that, we were moved to a double-bed room that was filthy. There was mold in the bathroom, mold inside the refrigerator, and a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was disgusting, and everything felt unclean.
To make matters worse, the staff were completely untrained and lacked basic customer service skills. They were unable to provide an invoice when I asked for it, and the billing process was confusing and unprofessional. We were given credits and then recharged for another room and a $50 security deposit , I genuinely have no idea if we were double-charged or not. The staff were all from India.
We’ve stayed at several Super 8 locations before, but this one was by far the worst. Poor service, dirty rooms, billing issues, and no sense of accountability. Avoid this location at all costs.
