Lovely stay! Staff was sweet and attentive! Bed was super super comfy!

Helpful, courteous, and conscientious staff and especially shuttle services.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Skyler. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to family and friends. The only complaint I have is the pillows.

Great boutique hotel with fantastic ambiance. Very friendly staff, willing and eager to assist.

We were traveling to Syracuse to do the Ironman there and found this hotel is completely redone and you can tell they spared no expense in the creativeness of the rooms. Very comfortable and right in the middle of everything going on in Syracuse, I would go back for sure. The Staff was inviting and very pleasant they even opened up early in the morning the breakfast so the racers could eat.

Hotel Skyler was very well-maintained and conveniently located near Syracuse University. The staff was very helpful and offered great suggestions for first time visitors to Syracuse. Easy walking distance to the Syracuse Univ. campus.

We were happy to stay in a cool, updated hotel...definitely not your standard type of room. The staff was efficient and the noise level outside was not an issue as with many urban hotels. We will stay again the next time we're in the area.

We love Hotel Skyler. The rooms are always clean and fresh. The staff has been great. The only thing missing is a complimentary breakfast, but we do appreciate the free coffee in the morning!

It was a perfect hotel for a comfortable nights sleep prior to the Syracuse Ironman 70.3

Great hotel, very friendly staff. The room was nice, the lobby area was nice but the bar wasn't rally much. They had a good selection in their convenience store, which was reasonably priced. Overall I had a great stay.

My friends I stayed at the Hotel Skyler on our way to Niagara Falls. The hotel had good parking & was central to restaurants/bars. There is also a small bar in the hotel. The front desk was very professional & accommodating....they even shipped a pair of sneakers we left behind. Overall great stay & highly recommended.

Located in a renovated old synagogue, green hotel, friendly staff and a with a little bar. Just not the typical chain hotel. Enjoyable.

Nice boutique hotel in great location - close to Syracuse campus. The lobby area was very nice, with an interesting bar and great design. Easy walk to Syracuse University. Also pretty easy to get to from Rt. 90, which we were on - really just passing through. Not meaning to spend time in Syracuse.

Great employees, clean and convenient location. Great overall experience.

The hotel was very clean ! Beds were amazingly comfortable. Would def go back again !

we enjoyed our stay. we were able to walk to Syracuse U. close to freeways for wedding we attended. minimal fitness room. only suggestion is more comfortable pillows.

Hotel was beautiful, but room which was advertised as a suite was not much larger than a regular the rom. But bed was comfortable at all. Way too soft. View was of a parking lot and window was tiny. Not worth the price at all.

The Skyler markets itself as a boutique hotel, its speciality being environmental sensitivity. The latter just seems like more of that don't-run-up-our-laundry-bill-by-asking-for-clean-towels hype. As to the former… the building (an ex-church) is interesting, but the decor is migraine-inducing. That wallpaper, those carpets: yewww. And there is no food service of any kind – no café, no breakfast bar, no in-room coffee – other than that sold in a self-service booth in the lobby. Not impressed, and not good value.

Staff was wonderful. Hotel was clean and comfortable and provided me with a warm and friendly winter stay while doing thesis work at the university. I would definitely recommended this hotel to anyone visiting the university.

Have stayed in other hotels in the university area. Uniqueness of style and excellent proximity to campus made stay very enjoyable. Highly Recommended!
