No reflection on RRI or staff…I checked in at 3am due to late flight. I had been in bed 10 minutes when there was a knock at the door. There was a 40ish woman with pink hair, she opened her mouth and complete jibberish came out for about 5 seconds, then she walked away. I stood there bewildered then double locked the door. Found out from Uber driver next morning back to airport that this hotel is used for extended stays. Bless’em!

The property was very convenient to the area. The room was poorly maintained. Holes in wall. Bathtub was GROSS. Floor dirty. Towels like cheesecloth. Bed was comfortable. No tv remote. No ice bucket. No microwave as advertised. No refrigerator as advertised Ice machine was full of gross water. Grounds not kept up at all.
