I liked everything in this hotel. Only, in pool's bathroom was no hot water in the shower.

Black mold in bathroom and room smelled like mildew

Landscaping, furnishings, and ambience are all stuning.

TV is outdated and isnt full cable...room is also outdated

There were many small shops that were a small walk able village with plenty of benches to sit and relax. There is a wonderful Italian restaurant there that has a good selection of delicious food at very reasonable prices. The Inn also has a gym, jazzercise classes and pool. We used the pool and found it clean and the water temperature perfect. We ordered room service one night and the service was quick with good size portions of delicious food at a fair price. Would recommend friends and family to stay here. Complimentary continental breakfast included scrambled eggs and home fries.

It is a very nice place to stay, but the clerk at the desk told me that the nightly rate would be $99.00 instead of $115 that I got from Orbitz. Yet when I checked out on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2018, I was given a receipt that had no information on it about what the stay had cost. Only the time period of two days was listed. I hope that this doesn't turn into a big scam on the price that I was told at the front desk!

It's a wonderful property that has rooms right out of a magazine. Not your run of the mill hotel.

My stepdaughter and I celebrated our birthdays and booked an overnight stay. We had massages in the spa and dinner at Desmond's. I was happier with my masseuse than she was - but that's the nature of a spa. Dinner was good. Our room was clean, but will need eventual updating.

I enjoyed hotel but the people who's taking care of the spa was not so helpful

This was our first stay at this hotel, and overall it is very nice. The layout is expansive to say the least, its huge! The architecture and landscaping are very impressive. The breakfast accomodations are actually a small deli/cafe that is next to the hotel (but connected) and leaves a lot to be desired. Not a lot of seating, tough layout for small kids like we have (3 and 5). The hotel and rooms are clean and overall we had a very pleasant stay. For a family with two small kids it was just okay; for a couple without kids you would probably love it.

We came here with our toddler. We loved the hotel architecture and the landscaping design. This is not a large hotel. This hotel hostes a lot of weddings and conferences, so we felt like the services offered at the hotel were especifically for the clientele using their catering services. For example: the insight restaurant closes at 9pm, so if you happen to go out during the day to enjoy the area attractions during the day and are planning to dine there, you have to make sure you do so before the close. The fitness center is very limited. There's only one tredmill and one elliptical. So, if happen to want to enjoy going to the gym during your stay, keep this in mind. Check out is at 11am. A 1pm late check out is going to cost you $200.

From a "close distance" the hotel is beautiful. The grounds are meticulously well kept as are most of the common areas of the hotel. The room was a bit disappointing. Upon entrance the room was a bit musty. The air conditioner gave a slight rattle when turned on. The rattle remained but is something you get used to. Two of the drawers under the TV were broken. the shower drain was broken. The cover was detached, and apparently for good reason. It took over 10 minutes for shower water to drain. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. On a whole it was an OK experience. I would normally not recommend based on this experience but the hotel has much potential.

Beautiful hotel close to everything. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice, courteous and friendly. The room was elegant and very clean. The outside grounds were beautifully maintained. We had the best breakfast at Myras Cafe.
