My stay there was almost a disaster. When I checked in, I was given a handicap room. It was late, I was tired, so I just went to bed, with the intention of fixing this in the morning. The front desk told me I had chosen a handicap room option. I hadn't. I was then told that when a reservation is made through Expedia, they automatically change the room option if the type you requested isn't available. The Hilton wouldn't change my room until checkout time for the day before (11 AM), just the time I needed to be somewhere else, the whole reason for the trip. I was very upset, but they wouldn't budge. Then, 20 minutes later, I was informed that he was able to override the restrictions and could put me in a regular room immediately. So, good for Hilton. Not so good for Expedia.
