The room I booked was supposed to have a lake view, and booked the hotel based on the room and view on the picture provided for my husband's suprise birthday trip, so we can spend some time in the balcony, however it was a partial view only 10% of lake view were there, the 90% of the view was the other building. Rooftop was closed, I guess it was off season but did not indicate it on the website, overall I was dissatisfied with the service. The room was clean.

The staff were very friendly. Housekeeping were cleanly and nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable. My only suggestion would be to place a mattress protector on the mattresses; and for the corners of the room to be cleaned because of the dust that gets embedded in the corners of the room. But other than that, this place was good to bring my 4 month old to.

Off street parking garage was convenient and the coffee shop has delicious coffee. The restaurant I believe named Charlies was quite delicious also. My only complaints are the furniture was not comfortable and the bed was hard as a rock.
