The staff was nice. We had to move rooms because the original one had plumbing issues, the toilet didn't flush and the sink water didn't go down. The doors have a huge gap so it's very easy to hear noisy people in the hallways and rooms next door. Overall, not a bad place to stay, had nice breakfast options and nice staff, but most likely would not come back.

Pretty terrible experience. Arrived to no parking due to people with trailers parking sideways across spots. Got our key and went to our room and someone was in it. Woke the guy up. And we both went to front desk clerk who advised someone changed my room without changing the premade key. Multiple people came to lobby complaining while I was in there, one asked for a towel and they advised they have no towels due to being at max capacity. Hallways in hotel reeked of weed. Room was outdated, no water pressure to sinks, pillows all had tons of strings coming off them, probably should have been thrown out years ago. Actually cut my finger open trying to pull strings off pillow so I use the pillow without inhaling a string. Room actually had a gap in the ceiling with light showing through which was the stairwell. Could hear all the noise in the stairwell. Met people at breakfast that were all complaining about their rooms. Seemed everyone was unhappy. Will never stay here again.

The mattresses were so old that you sunk in the middle of them. I was there for three days and got no sleep due to the uncomfortable situation.

So much was wrong. There was very limited staff. The women who checked us in acted like we were bother her. We were 15 minutes early and were told to come back @4pm. When we returned a few minutes later there was a long line. When we got to our room it didn’t have any soap at the sinks. And the place didn’t look vacuumed. Later when using the shower there was hair found in shower that was not ours. And a used bath towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. On our second day, there was no room service given. So we went to the office to at least get fresh towels. The same rude front desk woman said she would get us towels when they came out of the dryer. We waited a little while then went to dinner. When we arrived still no towels. So we went to the front desk and found a family looking for an employee to check in with. There was no one around. Finally the rude woman appeared and checked in the family. Then disappeared into the back office for a while. When she finally returned to the front desk and I asked about the towels she pointed to a bag on the desk and said those are your towels, you weren’t in your room when I brought them. The hallway had bags and towels thrown down the hallway for 2 days. I even questioned if we actually had fresh sheets. The bathroom air vent in the ceiling was loud when in use. As well as the heater. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. Best Western is forever of my list. If I could have given less than one star, I would’ve

The room was spotless.. big shower/ water pressure great/ plenty of pillows on the huge king bed I had to myself. The gal at check in( didn't catch name but she was rocking purple hair/ and she drives a jeep) was super nice and helpful.. I didn't go through lobby again..used other door to go in and out.. and left key cards/ tip in room.. the only one complaint I had (no ones fault is that wifi service was terrible/ signal on then lost constantly) I didnt use other amenities or have breakfast there but all good.
