I wouldn’t recommend because due to their lack of maintenance I had to pay $700 for that a damage cause to my car
Great place to stay with the kids during spring break !
Nice big clean rooms. Have stayed here multiple times.
Nice big clean rooms. Have stayed here multiple times and will come back again in the future.
No complaints. Clean and in good shape. I didn't know how to ask for extra bedding for the hide-a-bed, but that was my bed for not asking. There was green around the hot tub wall, but i can understand this not being a top priority in December. Staff was good, even when one of the kids accidently made a mess in the breakfast area.
The room was clean. The staff was nice. I did notice everywhere we went in town enforced the wearing of masks except the hotel.
Ever aspect of our stay was great staff very helpful Will be back
quiet, good location
We had a family member in a wheelchair. The hotel was able to accommodate all our needs. Fantastic staff.
The location was quiet and the staff was very nice.
It is fairly clean and comfortable
Good
I like that it was close to downtown Lake George Area. What I didn’t like was the breakfast in a bag.
The closeness to areas interested in seeing. We disliked the breakfast. All frozen food.
Pros: I've stayed here many times and like this hotel. The rooms are big and clean. The staff has always been friendly and helped me out with any issues. Cons: With only 10 cars in the parking lot, I was put in a room next to someone else that was coughing heavily for awhile. In the age of Covid, I would have thought in a very empty hotel, that the staff would spread us out a bit. I approached the desk with the problem, and the night manager promptly got me another room away from others. I really wish they had spaced us out in the first place, as I'm wary of staying in hotels these days. Turn that problem into a marketable item that you space rooms apart and that solves the problem with a win win.
First, I'd like to say hotel staff is very nice and respectful. However, the description for the room I ordered did not reflect the room we got. The water in the bathroom would take minutes to drain making it difficult to shower in a timely, clean fashion. I recommend updating the pipe systems for this building.
Room and hotel were spacious and clean. The pools were amazing! The staff was extremely responsive- every time we called for towels, they were delivered in a few minutes. We have stayed in many different places in the area and this is by far our new favorite!

Thank you for a wonderful review and for being so understanding. I apologize if there wasn't the bed in a bag in your closet. In the future if you dial 0 the front desk can help assist you with anything during your stay. We hope to see you again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am pleased to hear you had a pleasant stay with us. Currently there is no mask mandate in our area so we can't enforce that at this time. We hope to see you again!

I am sorry you feel that way. This had nothing to do with our lack of maintenance. There was a very bad icy snow storm with high winds. A live limb did fall but when it comes to trees unfortunately it is nobody's fault. The whole area and neighboring towns had trees and limbs down all over. I am sorry that a limb took your mirror off. We spoke while you were here and I expressed my sympathy and you were understanding and said it was nobody's fault. I even called my insurance company to see if anything could be done but they said you just call your auto insurance provider and they take care of it.
