Happy with stay. Great hotel and location. Very close to the beach and plenty of activities.

We stay there once per year, but this year, the suite was beautifully updated. Very upscale and user friendly bathroom and guest room. I can't wait till next year!!

Gerat location. Rooms are ok. but you can hear everything, the doors being shot, the babies crying etc Staff was nice and pleasant

Decent hotel, spacious suite. Beds and pillows werent that comfortable. It was a shared parking lot with the outlets which was. Bit chaotic being a holiday weekend but super convenient. About 10 minutes from downtown Lake George.

I'll start off by saying my only problem with this hotel was fixed by the staff, so I am a very satisfied customer. Satisfied, but cautious. I have come to except that hotel chains now made "suite" meaningless. It used to mean 2 rooms, separated by a door. Now it can mean a normal room with a couch or a fridge in it. When I saw Clarion had both "suites" and "one-bedroom suites," I assumed that meant that suites were one room, but "one-bedroom suites" had two rooms, so I paid extra to get the bedroom. A "one-bedroom suite" is a single room with a bedroom "area" and a living room "area." I was upgraded to a "two-bedroom suite," which was a separate bedroom, and then a large room with a "bedroom area" and "living area." It was a very nice room, and more than I needed. Breakfast did not include eggs, and the yogurt had artificial sweeteners, so my only protein choice was hard-boiled eggs in the fridge. But they had waffle makers, so I was OK with the breakfast. This hotel is not close to the center of Lake George, but it's in the midst of the outlet center and right off I-87. I'll stay here again.

Clean, roomy and easy access to outlet shopping malls. Ask for a coupon booklet at the front desk when you check in.

Started our holiday shopping. Arrived earlier than check in time, but they checked and had our room available so we checked in and started shopping. Very friendly staff, the jacuzzi and pool were wonderful after a long day of shopping. Beds were VERY comfortable. Hit the coffee in the breakfast room first thing in the morning. Everyone we encountered was very nice. The hotel was very clean. Will stay there again - no doubt. Hopefully, in the near future!!

Great place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great- close to Highway 87 and shopping.

I was very warmly greeted by the front desk staff and quickly helped. Room was in excellent condition. Washcloths were missing but were provided promptly when requested. Good Wi-Fi and continental breakfast, nice pool and hot tub. The walls are thin, though, so you will hear doors closing and people walking down halls (especially kids). Also the hotel literally sits in a parking lot across from one of the outlet malls, so don't expect a gorgeous view. But it's a convenient stay for the price.

The rooms were fine; getting to them via the hallways lacked a pleasant feel; not well cleaned and there was an odor similar to a bowling alley.

This was a very nice hotel. The suite was very nice really spacious.. I wished we were staying longer.

Good price and since we only stayed for one night this was the only hotel which was offered at a reasonable price.

We were there for Americade. Great location for what we needed. Close to shop, events, great places to eat and relax.

Very close to fine dining and shopping
