Beware if there’s more than one person in a room. Tub didn’t properly drain and I had to wait 30-45 mins after someone to take a shower. Plus didn’t get a refund for something that was discussed with two staff members onsite.

It smelled musty. On top of that another patron was smoking a joint two rooms away.

I have been co.ing to the Tiki for about 10 years. Tjrough that time they have done many renovations and upgrades. When i was a boy in the 80s this hotel was open. It has stood the test of time. Great breakfast and aervice in the Garden Cafe. Beautiful outdoor and indoor pools. They offer basics snacks and drinks poolside. Always the same great staff year after year. Best bang for your buck..no BS. Love thos place!!

We asked the maid to just bring us towels and toilet paper, instead of a full clean, and she didn’t bring us anything. We barely had enough toilet paper the last day.

Property is in a great location and meets basic amenities.

Not well maintained and not the best location. They could add some more amenities given the space.

There was nothing that I really liked. The uncleanliness was the worst thing about the hotel.

It gave a feeling of a motel. It's only worth 2 stars.

Nice hotel. Close to town and local beach. Moldy smell in some parts but not terrible

We come here twice a year for the past few years. The outdoor pool wasnt functional and no where on the website did they let anyone know. Rude. I would have booked elsewhere for an outdoor pool. Yes they have an indoor but the whole purpose i booked here was for the outdoor space. Bar was also closed the day Americade started. whos running this place?!

Nice location not far from the beach. The pool is nice and they have a restaurant on site. The rooms have stoves, microwaves, two TV's, couch and a good sized bed.

This was a last minute reservation for a group of 6 friends. Driving by, you would think that this would be a dilapidated remnant of 50s-60s Tiki themed hotels. However, it was actually a well-maintained remnant of 50-60s Tiki themed hotels! Many retro-features to the hotel, but with a lot of modern amenities (AC, wifi). The pool, fire pit, and awesome Tiki bar add to the whole experience. There is apparently a live show on certain days of the week, but we were not there on that night. The rooms are basic, but clean and recently remodeled. The price is fantastic, cheaper than many other hotels in the area. Excellent value for the money.

Where to begin: 1st: our keys to room didn't work, room smelled musty,no batteries in remote and once we did get them, volume was so low (on max) could barely hear - so you either had air conditioner on or TV. Had a lot of trouble with their Wi-Fi. Once we were able to connect, we kept loosing it. Very frustrating! Tiles in the bathroom were broken, major rust around bathroom air vent and mold around soap dish in shower. Really disappointed because we have stayed there before in a different part of building an was very happy. The staff was very accommodating though.

The only downfall to our stay was that none of the onsite restaurants were open except for breakfast only. However, there are plenty of places to eat which are in walking distance. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Lake George.
