Would definitely stay here again, great room for the low price. My only complaint is that the refrigerator in the room is kind of warm? Tried to change the settings but the coldest it got was maybe 55°, not sure what that is all about

We really enjoyed The Tiki Resort. The staff were very friendly, and welcoming. Check In was quick and easy. Our room was very clean, and a nice size. The hallway was a little musty on the first floor. We had a good time in the pools, both outdoor, and indoor. The grounds were very well manicured. Very beautiful. We had breakfast at the coffee shop. The food was good, and reasonably priced. I liked that we were very close, (walking distance) to the beach, Fort William Henry Battlefield, and Museum, the shops, and other attractions.

Not what I had expected. We had bugs on the walls, spider webs in the corners of the room and the ambiance was very dated. The beds were the only part of the room that seemed to be updated but our sheets didn't have a very fresh smell. After seeing where they wash all of the towels and linens, I can see why.. GROSS! I guess you get what you pay for. Next time ill stay across the street at the Holiday Inn with Chingy.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and walking distance to all the fun and activities Lake George has to offer.

satisfactory, I really liked it, I enjoyed my stay

The room had all the amenities - coffee, microwave, fridge. The pro was that the bed was quite comfortable. The cons were that the internet/Wi-Fi was spotty, and a couple of the outlets did not hold our plugs very well and probably needed to be replaced. Other than that, we were comfortable in the room.

We went for the worlds largest garage sale. There is great sceany right around the area.

We requested a quiet room due to being a light sleeper online when we paid. They obviously didn't even read or make sure this request was honored as we were next to and across the hall from a loud wedding party. There were plenty of empty rooms throughout the resort so obviously our request wasn't even looked at.

Great staff and service. We enjoyed our 2day stay and look forward to coming back! We recommend them to anyone.

We got to the hotel and had to be moved multiple times because the room smelled like mold/mildew. Management was accommodating but couldn't offer us the Same room our entire stay so we moved three times, with two small children. The hotel is just old. The lounge was dated, and while the staff was friendly, the atmosphere felt dark and uninviting. Our room appeared to be clean but so did my sisters, and her family left with bed bugs. After calling management to let them know, they showed little concern, but did say they would check out the room. Based on my experience with the management staff, I have little faith that was done. Beware when booking at this hotel. You don't want to leave with bed bugs. Trust me. It's been quite the lengthy and expensive process to get rid of them. Based on our entire family experience I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake George.

Got drunk couldn't sit in pool for fireworks though kinda lame. Pool was good..during day ...Lotta jersey joeys n there kids

The Tiki was fine, nothing fancy but more than adequate for a get-away weekend in early October.

We stayed at the hotel for Octoberfest and the Fort William Henry Ghost Tour. We had a great time. Walking distance to all the gift shops, arcades and all the diners on Canada street. Will go again in the future

Went in October and a number of places closed. Hotel very close to village. Stayed at the motel side. Very clean and empty this time of year. I would recommend staying in rooms furthest from highway, since it can sound like a raceway at night when trying to sleep.

Hotel provides good value, close enough to the village and lake.

I was not that happy with my stay at Tiki hotel/motel because of several reasons.. I picked this hotel because they were 1 of the few Hotels with in room jacuzzi & spent more money for special request. The jacuzzi didn't work the first day & I couldn't believe no discount or apologize for unit not working.. I am glad repairman fixed unit but never any excuse.. Also went to this hotel for atmosphere of special show !! I was told show wasn't on Sunday because they take that day off .. Ok no problem so I was told show would be on Monday. Monday no show because there is no show??? The rooms are setup weird because if you stay in hotel (not motel on right)you can't get to lobby?? Also there is a smell in entrance to rooms & I didn't understand... I would not stay here again!!!

The room was clean for the most part however there were a few too many cobwebs! Staff should be removing them from room ceiling as well as stairwells out doors! I was pleased to have tile floors without but rooms were small and furniture was very cramped and the bathroom was way too cramped!

The Tiki has great amenities but there are some problems. The restaurant in a summer resort destination has no air conditioning. It was tough being comfortable while eating. The bar area is fun and the woman bartender was double friendly.

This is a great hotel for the price. We go back to it every summer for a weekend. Great location. Walking distance to everything but not in the center of town with all the traffic. Pool is always nice even had updates to the rooms and pool chairs this year. Kids love it

This was our second stay at the Tiki (we had four rooms) and I had a bad experience. We were not able to sleep for two nights at the hotel. We had young people next door who drank all night with their friends hanging out right outside our door and playing loud music. A number of guests called security and also the police. Staff assured us that they were expelled from the hotel. The next night, we had a motorcycle club with the revving of motors every day at 6:30 a.m. The staff was very understanding and helpful but there were no other rooms available. I didn't feel that this hotel was a family-friendly safe place. I never saw security walking or riding around. With the exception of this bad experience, the hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent and staff really tried to help. The lounge chairs at the pool were stiff and uncomfortable and low to the ground. You couldn't position them in any other way and definitely not safe for seniors.
