Clean and updated rooms as always but many things not working. TV sounds kept going off like it was muted, but it was not. Hot tub jets not working when we arrived. No clean towels in pool area ever. Fireplace out back not working. Staff promptly tried to fix things when asked though.

Not perfect but still very good

This property is always clean and well-kept, however the powered privacy shade was stuck down and the refrigerator didn't work. The fridge was replaced and maintenance efforted repair on the shade without success. That said, it's still our choice for a stay in Lake George

We had a very nice stay overall. While I do understand people traveling with their beloved pets , I don’t understand why those with pets and those without pets must be in the same part of the hotel. We went to sleep listening to a barking dog and woke up a barking dog. During breakfast there were dogs in the dining area.
