Overpriced. Over loaded. Cheap quality food and very expensive. Lack of support. Heated pool closed. Lack of activities.Do your self a favor if you live in NY suburbs go to any of the Pocon's water parks, over there you will get Better price and better service.

We had a very nice day at the water park but our experience at dinner was unacceptable. We ate at Harvey Wallbangers for dinner. We waited more than 30 minutes to order at the bar, after spending more than $80 our food was ice cold and inedible. We were unable to get silverware, water or napkins. While sitting at our table with our children an argument broke out between the bartender and several patrons about the slow service and the bartender shouted that the bar was closed and walked out. We felt bad for the bartender because he was clearly understaffed which wasn't his fault but the whole situation was totally unacceptable. My husband then went to the bar upstairs and nothing was working. Overall we would rate that experience as 0 out of 10.

Room looks clean but smelled weird. A lot of people from everywhere, family friendly, a lot of events and activities for kids . kids love the place .. not too quiet.. online room upgrade $75 at hotel front desk $100 . All stuff was nice except for the ladies on the cafeteria “take and go”on the main floor. Coffe was not strong.. it tastes like water.. you better buying it at the buffet.

Her recognition from my previous visit truly set the tone for an enjoyable stay and highlights the exceptional hospitality service provided. Furthermore, the staff at the food court were extremely helpful and pleasant, and the lifeguards were equally commendable. Their efforts did not go unnoticed and contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my visit. I have had the pleasure of visiting many resorts, but Kartrite Resort remains my favorite. The consistent excellence in service and dedication to guest satisfaction is unparalleled. Thank you to all the amazing staff for exceeding our expectations and making our stay memorable.

I paid full price for a room and water park that would only be Available for a few hours no one notified me the waterpark wasn’t open the next day for all day stay after I drove 3 hours to use the water park for only 1 1/2 hours
