The food at the buffet looked gross and the other restaurant closed early and we couldn’t get anyone to put in an order for take out. The resort is far from any places to eat outside and the options in the area are limited and not very good. The staff was not very friendly or helpful with the exception of the staff at the arcade. The check in process took so long there were lines and lines of people trying to check in. Out room wasn’t ready until 4:30 but check out was at 11am sharp and the house service came and knocked on our door at 10:55. The rooms were clean.

What i liked about the property is the parking, we didn't have a problem finding parking. What i didn't like about the property is that there's no variety of restaurants in the facility. I also didn't like that i need some towels later in the evening but there was no concierge or customer service available.

Room was great, kids lobed the bunk beds. Restaurants needed a reservation but there was plenty of food around the hotel. Waterpark was great. Definitely worth the money
