Check-in was at 4 pm but didn’t get the room until after 5 with me putting pressure on them. Water pressure in shower is non existent. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner is watered down and does not even make any lather. We left a night early as the couch bed is so uncomfortable. It was very noisy on the floor and we kept hearing banging from down the hall.

Room 314 electrical work was a problem . I had to go down stairs 2 times and call 3 times for them to fix the tv that keep shutting off and plugs going off and not charging our phones . It was my daughter 11th with guest there and it ruin the fun due to this. I complain because I paid 479.00 for the night and they never called me back the only return 63.00 back . For that amount of problems to have happen I should got more than that back and a call from a manager that I never did . Which I believe was Nicole who was suppose to call me . Def wouldn’t recommend this place for that amount of money and problems

Communication was horrible. We requested rooms to be together and despite being told notes were made they couldn’t be seen upon arrival. Wrong rooms were given. Booked room with two queen beds and they’re were two full size beds. Never received message today room was ready. Checked in at 10am didn’t get room til 4pm only because we kept following up. Was with a party of 12 and all of our rooms were on different floors. Main restaurant service was horrible totally overwhelmed. Food came out slow on the colder side. Understand this was a holiday weekend but then management should prepare for it and staff apppropriately

Upon arrival the room wasn’t ready for another hour and 15 minutes, completely unacceptable for people who are making the commute spending money to get there and stay there, every second and minute counts. Front desk man with a bun was very rude when i asked if he had a time in which the room would be ready he followed it up with “ I just got here 30 mins ago i don’t know how long “ quite frankly not my problem how long you’ve been at work at least give me an estimate. If you had suspicion the room wouldn’t be ready in time at least contact me, how do you give me a room an hour late but expect me to leave @11am sharp by checkout? Then entering the room first thing u want to do after being in a waterpark is take a shower , get to the shower no hot water running at all. First time going there and will be the last, complete waste of money and waste of my day. If i could rate it less than a star I would.

The room was really nice, the staff was nice too. I had an email for an upgrade but a call would have been nice, not everyone checks their emails frequently. Also, the water was really dirty, band aids and other items floating around were gross. We went out to dinner at the only restaurant open and it took 3 hours to get our food and drinks. The manager Mike was great, but several members of the staff were visibly struggling. He was doing all that he could but they were largely unprepared for the night. You are lucky to have him as a manager, but I would have a staff meeting immediately. In the pool area, a lot of the staff struggled with english or didn't know basic questions like where is the bathroom or what time do entities open or close.

Rooms were clean and staff at the front where nice. However, the food at their restaurant took way to long to come out and the price was not worth it. Overall, we had an amazing time. I totally recommend it.

Disappointed. Pool area was not well heated and there was a major issue with the restaurant that I don’t even want to get into. Will not go back, which is too bad because it was a beautiful site.
