David, the man who brought our bags to the room, was excellent as was the staff at the steakhouse. Aside from that the service was absolutely horrendous. It seems like no one in the entire place has an answer for anything and no one answers a phone for anything. The bartenders were incredibly slow and unhelpful and their manager seemed to be more concerned with his employee wearing a nose ring than having his employees get anyone a drink. The lack of housekeepers means they don’t clean rooms or switch out towels unless you call, the room and water temperature were very inconsistent. Perhaps our worst problem tho was transportation. We made it clear at check in we were there for a concert and that we’d be ubering and the front desk let us know the pick up area was out front and Uber wasn’t a problem. Well it couldn’t be farther from the truth. We began attempting to get a car an hour and a half before the show and none would come. After talking to more staff they let us know it was rare for Uber to come there, so we asked about alternatives and every number we were given refused to come there. We ended up driving to the show and arriving late. The parking was so far at that point my girlfriend developed blisters from the walk. All in all we were very dissapointed in the place the only bonus to staying there was it was dead on Friday night and you could sit right down at any restaurant but this is prob a sign of the poor service as no locals come there.

The room and bath room are big. Free Tesla charging on level one. Food are expensive. My room was on the seven floor, no view at all just looking at the swimming pool roof top.

Not enough to do. Restaurants open at 5pm? No room service. Minimum menu choices. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Front desk clerk unfriendly and rude service was slow. Requested early check in well before arrival date was not even offered. The Covin 19 has gotten everyone on edge. Not a good experience.

The room was beautiful and the hotel was great as a whole. The one thing I thought could have been better was the bathroom floors cleanliness.

This is honestly a great hotel . I did not come here to engage in the hotel and I was worried about not having much to do. However , I am glad I decided to stay here , the king suite in the main building was beautiful and extremely spacious. There are other activities to indulge in at the hotel and the food was great at dos gatos . I would define recommend everyone to check-out this amazing place , especially with their current affordable week day nightly rates.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The room was beautiful and comfortable. However check in was at 4pm and we werent able to get our room until about 7pm. Staff asked for my phone number and said they would call as soon as it was ready. By 6:30pm i still did not recieve a phone call and went back to the front desk to where the attendent told me that they probably did call me but I didnt get it because of the spotty service at the hotel, mind you i was in my phone several times talking to my husband with no cell service issues at all and had no missed calls or voicemails from the hotel. We also went to eat at one of the restaurant's in the hotel (Double top) the hostess told us to wait while they checked to see if a table was available, we waited about 10 minutes and finally he came back and motioned us from accross the room to come over and finally brought us to a table. We sat for another 10 minutes waiting for a waitress who was very kind and looked way over worked. She took our order and then we waited another 15 minutes just for our drinks from the bar which was right in front of us. When the bartender finally brought over our drinks (1 tap beer & and 1 mixed drink) he looked frustrated, i said thank you and he never even made eye contact or said one word to us and turned his back and walked away. By time we got our food we didnt even want to eat anymore and were disappointed we even wasted the money going to this restaurant. Ruined our whole mood for the night

Poor choice of restaurants. Also, restaurants closed.
