We paid $167 a night because there was a Syracuse home game and rooms were hard to find and all were jacked up in price. The building is old. There were holes in the window curtain liners. The shower/tub did not have a shower curtain, only a liner which was torn at the top with mildew at the bottom. The TV had a constant line down the screen. There was no kleenex in the kleenex holder. Outside, there was trash around and beer bottles. We left a day early and won't be staying there again.

1st sheets had yellow stains, pillow case had red stains and mattress had a sink hole in it..second room water went from hot to cold no in between, water would not run when switched faucet to the middle for warm water..no microwave..tried checking in at 2:30 women at desk said it was too busy and she couldn’t check us in..there was not a single soul except for us

The parking was fine. The front desk check in was not a comfortable experience. The girl was not friendly. The jacuzzi tub leaks, the room phone was broken. Carpet was wet around the jacuzzi. The housekeeping staff was not friendly at all and borderline rude. I do not think I will stay here again.

Jacuzzi room infested with black mold. Was shown 2 other rooms that were even worse where you could smell the mold in the air. We chose to stay elsewhere due to safety health concerns.Guy at the desk said he would have manger refund the next day and never did. Expedia could not contact hotel for a refund. Avoid this place like the plague. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Did not like no elevator, no eating accommodations room was not fully clean initially hard to reach front desk, no phone number directly to hotel on website, non working number on hotel card, front desk argued about number until realized it didn't work. Hotel lack repairs of building by owner who took over property. I do not recommend this hotel. Too pricey for what was offered

Eh…

Shower pressure was awful and the slow drain wasn’t pleasant. We had a whirlpool tub room and the water pressure just stunk so it took forever to fill. Breakfast…don’t get me started. It was a busy morning as it was the last day at the fair, so you would expect lines, but with one low powered small microwave to cook the frozen breakfast sandwiches and one waffle maker, let’s just say we were happy that there was a Dunkin just down the road. The staff were very nice and helpful, no complaints there. The room seemed clean but outdated. The towels were fluffy but had strings hanging off them. The pool was closed down so that was a bummer. Didn’t hate our stay, but it could have been better.
