Sadly, Syracuse has (like all bigger cities) a homeless/ drug use/ crime problem. Not the hotel's fault. Just pay attention and use common sense.

A bit on the noisy side due to great location
Beautiful building. Great central location- lots of nightlife around that area. Contributed to noise evening outsider. Walls are on the thin side. But room was great. Two double beds made for squishy sleeping for 4 people (2 tweens and 2 adults) but comfortable beds.

The room was not cleaned properly. Full of dust and hair in the shower. The sheets were very rough and the bed was not comfortable. No parking available. Horrible breakfast because of poor quality products . Yogurt and eggs were inedible.

The front desk staff was excellent. I should have gotten the name of the amazing woman at the front desk. I'm sure she shared it but I am horrible with names. She was welcoming, warm, informative, just awesome in everyway. I did not like that the bed did not fit properly on the bed frame. I was concerned that I might injure my leg trying to navigate away from the exposed frame. Also, a TV guide for the channels would be appreciated. Loved the cleanliness of the hotel. Great central location. I felt safe.
