The staff are super nice, there's a big parking lot, and I found the location to be pleasant for walking around, and an easy walk into downtown. The hotel restaurant looked good and has a lovely patio, though I ate down the street at Phoebe's, which was excellent. The room windows don't open at all, which it turns out makes me feel claustrophobic, so, note to self. Evidently I thought that tilt-in windows are standard. The air conditioning blew right at the head of the bed, which I didn't love and could have asked about, and the toilet paper roll was positioned sadistically to hit one's left elbow, which I mentioned at check-out.

Noisy guests everywhere. Woken up at 1am, 4am(!) and 4:30am (!!) by seperate people. The hotel is in an area of students who obviously stay there too and it makes it not a place for a quiet rest. Inside it’s tatty dated and not pleasant. The bed was a strange spring bed and someone hadn’t flushed the toilet on my arrival in the room. Never again.

Great hotel. Terrible restaurant.
The hotel staff was extremely friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We did eat at the hotel restaurant and while the food was good, the service was awful. We waited forever to be seated while there were several open tables. Upon talking to the hostess she said she forgot all about us. Once seated, the waitress seemed confused.

The first room was humid and warm with no ability to control the temperature, I asked for a technician to look into the hvac and waited 3 hours with no response after two calls. I finally went to the front desk and asked for another room only to find the exact same temperature conditions. The thermostat in the rooms is just for looks it does not control room temp. Room was also dirty and the towel bar fell off the wall when I removed a towel. If you like to control the temp in your room don't stay here.

The room was small but clean. The broken mirror in the bathroom wasn’t a good thing and I couldn’t find a Kleenex to save my life. However, the lobby was nice and the room was really quiet so those were pluses

Booked a certain room since my party would have 3 people got there and they had us in a room that was to small and not what i had booked. Went to the front desk and told us they were sold out of the room i had booked. They had put us in a room the was similar to the one i had bo ok ked just a little smaller..

Cleanliness was outstanding. Service (both food and drink) at the bar was exceptionally hospitable. Heating in room basically non functioning even after visit by maintenance. I understand the difficulties with the season between heating and air conditioning….but….a cold room is still a cold room.
