Ok place to stay

The Courtyard Syracuse Downtime at Armory Square was the perfect location for my son's medical school graduation. The room was very nice and on the larger side. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. I would definitely stay there the next time I am in Syracuse.
Clean and tidy
I wish there was a restaurant that served breakfast, rather than the little bistro they have, but otherwise a great hotel near lots of bars and restaurants.
I love the location in Amory Square!
Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very nice looking, updated, right in the heart of armory square. Had an issue with a pillow case that didn't look clean but they brought a new one right away.
Friendly check in, clean spacious room and easy to get to. Not a fan of paying to park on the property, but $10 per night is not too bad compared to other hotels in cities.
Checked in during SU game day on biggest game and crowd of the year. Check in was 3pm but at 11:30am we gave it a shot. they had a room for us so able to stow our gear and head out for pre-game!
I reserved a different set up of room than I was given and staff were condescending to me when I asked for what I had reserved. Apparently, when you book online, there are no guarantees to what room you'll end up with. It's kinds screwy parking too. Valet only or a parking garage down the block. Just not a very good experience overall for me.
The hotel was great. Very nice, spacious rooms. The staff was vert attentive and friendly.
Stayed in Rochester while visiting colleges in the area. Nice small city. Hotel right downtown, on river walk. Jogged the river walk 4 miles. People were nice. Hotel comfortable , good beds.
We stayed here while visiting friends in Syracuse and really enjoyed the area around the hotel. The pool was a really great treat and made this hotel stand out compared to other similar trips. All furnishings were new and well kept.
I have stayed at MANY hotels but by far this hotel has been the best. My biggest thing is bathrooms and the bed and both went above and beyond my expectations. I booked two connecting rooms and both were perfect. The room size was so much bigger than the average hotel room. The staff was pleasant and helpful at all times.
Brand new, clean, well located near downtown night life
We only had one issue and that was with the changes. We booked online and when getting to hotel they charged us again. We are hoping the issue will be resolved soon. Other than that our experience was phenomenal! The location was perfect and we really enjoyed use of the pool, gym, and bistro!

Unfortunately, since the pandemic we have not been able to reopen the Bistro to its fullest capacity of a breakfast menu. We are progressing to open it under "normal" operations and appreciate your understanding during these challenging times.
