Property was absolutely beautiful. Definitely could have used some more mirrors in the room and maybe a little bit of carpet somewhere to knock down some of the noise either in the bedroom or in the hallway. Otherwise 4.8 out of 5 and will be back

Great relaxing stay

Super spacious, clean and functional suites. The bed and linens were nice and comfortable. The staff was courteous and diligent trying to accommodate when it seemed the WiFi was too crowded and providing alternative connection ways. Elevator was ample and fast. Property is super modern and impeccably kept. The only thing I missed was a hair dryer. There is plenty of green spaces at the front of the property to walk you dog. It was quite busy when we where there (colleges starting) but yet it was nice and quite all around.

Hotel looks new and the pictures are accurate. Furniture and amenities are modern, but it’s clear they cut corners to save money. There's no easy restroom in the lobby and only one staff member when I checked in. I asked to use the restroom right away due to an emergency, but the door was locked and the staff didn't really care to help me providing the keys. I was waiting about 15 minutes with this emergency until I gave up and just asked to get my room because it would be faster. The room looked nice but cleanliness was average (dust on furniture), and there are no blackout curtains, which made it hard to sleep once the sun came up. I had an incident: a huge puddle of water in the kitchen area caused by the fridge being left open. The fridge was soaked, full of ice, and unusable. I asked the front desk for another room, but was told it wasn’t possible because I booked through Expedia. They promised someone would come clean it within 15 minutes, but no one ever showed up. After waiting 2 hours, I cleaned it myself, and later the water returned, damaging some of my belongings. Expedia was helpful and contacted the hotel, that said they knew about it, but wouldn't do anything. hotel refused to offer any refund or even a small gesture to make things right. That’s what disappointed me the most, not the incident itself, but the lack of care. Honestly, if management had at least tried, I would have still rated this stay 5/5. But since they didn’t, my review is reasonable & fair

This place is designed for longer stays. Rooms have a small kitchen so no breakfast is available. Room are nice but minimal. Location is good, easy off the interstate and good Italian restaurant for dinner. Dunkens for breakfast.
