Property was absolutely beautiful. Definitely could have used some more mirrors in the room and maybe a little bit of carpet somewhere to knock down some of the noise either in the bedroom or in the hallway. Otherwise 4.8 out of 5 and will be back

The hotel is reasonably new and tech oriented, especially if you check in late at night. Check-in kiosk was working when we arrive, but an out of order sign appeared on it during our stay. We didn’t use the TV, as we stream, but 2 other rooms in our family had problems with the TV. Wi-Fi was good, which was important to us. The rooms are new, but bare bones (no hair dryer or iron) and decor was minimal.

I've never stayed in a cleaner room. This hotel appears to be brand new construction. Self service check-in was a breeze it literally took less than a minute.

The hotel is in a strategic location, very comfortable, and everything feels brand new — excellent overall. The only downside was the noise; you could hear everything, from the neighbor’s music to doors closing. If they improve the soundproofing, it would be perfect.

The air conditioning was not working upon my arrival and I spoke with the Manager who came to he room and 'Fixed" it. Starting around 9pm the most horrendous noises started coming out of the unit, the new shift manager came to the room and stated it was not the AC but something "outside". I had to drive 6 hours home in the morning and needed sleep. This continued all night, at 2am I made a video of the AC unit making the noise, the same manager was on again from the previous day, she came to the room and turned off the AC and it stopped, the June heatwave was in full effect and I was told there were no rooms to move to but my room would be comped due to this could have been avoided if I could have just moved to another room when I checked. I was never comped the room! It has been two weeks and no refund! First and last time staying in a LivAway hotel...
